The development of contemporary society has put forward higher requirements fortalents, personnel should not only have the skills, but also have the good psychological quality,especially have a strong endurance to frustration. However, because the lack of the frustrationtolerance of college students, the tragedy has appeared one and another... Because the setbackeducation in our country is put forward relatively late and is lack of system and timeliness,Most of individual phenomenon has evolved into universal phenomenon. Although thecollege education takes some measures, but has yet to achieve satisfactory results. Therefore,in this paper, in order to enhance college students’ frustration education effectiveness, fromthe frustration tolerance status of college students and objective setback education actualsituation, using the Marx doctrine and the ideological and political education theory, putforward my own ideas.In this paper, except the preface and conclusion, is divided into four parts:In the first part, discusses the frustration and setbacks education theories, and analysesthe main setback of the current college students in different stages.In the second part, based on the investigation of current situation of college students’frustration tolerance, summarizes the performance of the lack of College Students’ frustrationtolerance, and analyses the reasons.In the third part, based on the current development of college students’ frustrationeducation, summarizes the lack of the current China’s frustration education in universityeducation institutions, and analyses the reason.In the fourth part, standing on the perspective of university education, comprehensivelyanalyses the factor of the lack of the college students’ frustration tolerance and frustrationeducation, and seeks the rational countermeasures for college students’ frustration educationfrom the principles of education, education contents and educators. |
