The reform guidance of national senior high school entrance examination in 2016 has upgraded PE to the equivalent position with the three main subjects,“Chinese,mathematics and English”.The implementation of this policy has promoted the process of school quality education,which has promoted the position of PE in school education,ensured the normal operating of PE class and improved students’ enthusiasm for participating in sports activities.More and more attention is paid to the examination of physical education,but more and more attention is paid to the students’ achievement in the exam,but the development of the students is ignored.The sports class before the exam is completely reduced to the training field for the examination items.The teaching content is centered on the sports examination as the center,the teaching method is single,and the ind ividual difference between the students is ignored.In addition to the cultivation of students’ interest in phys ical education,physical education teachers should not pay attention to all students while paying attention to their achievements.In this paper,we apply the stratified teaching method for PE teaching in Junior 3,take two classes,total 84 students in Junior 3 from the thirty-fifth middle school of Hohhot as experimental research objects,adopt the methods of documentary,questionnaire,expert interview,teaching experimentation and mathematical statistics;follow the teaching princ iple of individualized teaching to study the effects of stratified teaching on students’ PE performances in the senior entrance examination.The study results indicate that:1.In the test results of the students in the two classes P<0.05,stratified teaching has obvious results compared with traditional teaching;Before and after the experiment,two classes increased significantly in endurance run,one minute rope skipping and standing long jump,but there was no significant difference in the control class P>0.05;there was a significant difference in the experimental c lass P<0.01.the stratified teaching has obvious advantages for improving students’ performances in PE entrance examination.The key part of the stratified teaching is how to stratify students,the reasonable stratification is very important for improving students’ performances.2.The stratified teaching enhances the communication and cooperation among students.Fully agreed Students in experimental c lasses increased from 17% before the experiment to 40%,students who disagreed decreased from 12% before the experiment to 0%;In stratified teaching,by arranging communications among students at different levels to encourage students to help each other in study and improve their learning effic iency.In the process of teaching,teachers shall treat students in objective perspective,communicate more with students and help students realize their own learning situation correctly.3.The stratified teaching can help students to master correct technical movements and improve their skill level.In the process of stratified teaching,teachers apply a variety of teaching methods and set course goals for each class according to students’ physical quality at different levels,to help students to master the technical movements quickly.4.The stratified teaching develops students’ interests to learn PE and improves their enthusiasm in learning independently.In the analysis of the PESIS of the students from the two classes P<0.01;the fun games,which are hold every two weeks in the stratified teaching,has enriched the teaching content,improved students’ initiative in practicing the items in PE examination,promoted their learning interests and created a nice classroom atmosphere.5.The method of stratified evaluation makes it easier for students to master their situation of self-learning,know their own ability level correctly and has improved students’ learning efficiency.It is very important to build up a reasonable evaluation system in stratified teaching,the stratified evaluatio n has changed the trad itional evaluation method,and the students fully played a role.In the process of learning,teachers shall give every student d ifferent feedbacks according to the individual difference in learning,so that students can make appropriate adjustments for their learning status.6.The stratified teaching has changed the trad itional teaching pattern,which is based on the outstanding students and the students with poorer basis are supplemented.Opening the stratified teaching in the process of PE teaching for Junior 3,paying attention to the individual differences among students and setting different teaching goals for students at different levels,which has shortened the performance gap among students and has improved the students’ overall PE performance.This kind of pattern has higher requirements on all aspects for PE teachers,they must keep upgrading their own scientific research ability and professional knowledge level to improve the teaching quality of PE class.In this study,we investigate and analyze the effects of stratified teaching on students’ PE entrance examination in PE teaching for the Junior 3 students.And we summarize the result,hope we can provide theoretical basis for the development of the stratified teaching in PE class for Junior 3.Also give reference for teachers to improve students’ PE performance in the senior high school entrance examination.
