| In Yunnan Province, actively responding to the call of the high school entrance examination sports reform policy from country, the government has raised the sports score of the high school entrance examination to 100 points. The improvement of this score poses a new challenge to the teaching and training of junior high school physical education. It’s a top priority how to take effective measures to enhance students ’ physical fitness and improve students ’ physical performance in the middle school entrance examination. At present, scholars and junior high school physical education teachers are increasingly aware of the importance of physical training in the physical education teaching and training of senior high school entrance examination, but the design and implementation of physical training still lack scientificity and effectiveness.Pro SAQ [ Speed,Agility,Quickness ] training method is a comprehensive training method used to improve the speed, agility and quick start ability of the subjects. The positive impact of this training method on the physical fitness of young people has been confirmed by domestic research.Considering the actual needs of the students ’ speed, agility and fast start-up ability in the physical fitness test items of the senior high school entrance examination, and the gap in the training of speed, agility and fast start-up in the conventional physical education teaching and training, this study introduces the SAQ training method into the physical training part of the junior high school physical education teaching and training. The purpose of this study is to explore the influence of the training method on the performance of the students ’ physical fitness test items in the senior high school entrance examination,to find a training method suitable for the development of junior high school students ’ physical fitness and can effectively mobilize their enthusiasm and initiative to participate in teaching and training, and to provide reference for future research on enhancing junior high school students ’ physical fitness and improving sports performance. This study mainly through the literature material method, expert interview method, questionnaire survey method, experimental method, mathematical statistics and other methods, with the influence of SAQ training on Yunnan Wenshan junior high school entrance examination of physical fitness test project results as the research object, from the third middle school in Wenshan city grade 2 randomly selected four classes of 120 students as the experimental object, including two classes for the experimental group(n = 60,each class 30 people,15 men and women),two classes for the control group(n = 60,each class 30 people,15 men and women). The experiment was arranged in the first 20 minutes of the class. The experimental group was trained with SAQ,and the control group was trained with the speed, sensitivity and quick start of routine physical education. In the experiment,30-meter run,505 directional run and standing long jump were selected as indicators to evaluate students ’ speed, sensitivity and quick start ability respectively, and then comprehensively evaluate the effect of SAQ training on students ’ physical fitness test items(1-minute rope skipping,50-meter run,15-meter × 4 round trip run and 1000-meter / 800-meter run)and interest in sports learning. After 10 weeks of teaching and training(3 lessons per week),the data before and after the experiment were processed and analyzed, and the following results were obtained :(1)Before and after the experiment, the scores of 30-meter run,505 direction change run and standing long jump in the two groups were significantly improved(P< 0.01),and the improvement of the scores of each test item in the experimental group was greater than that in the control group. After the experiment, there was a significant difference between the two groups of standing long jump results(P <0.05),while there was a very significant difference between the 50-meter run and the 505-direction run results(P < 0.01).(2)Before and after the experiment, the scores of the physical fitness test items in the experimental group and the control group were improved to varying degrees, and the improvement of the scores in the experimental group was greater than that in the control group. After the experiment, there was a significant difference between the boys ’ 1-minute rope skipping scores(P < 0.05),50-meter run,15-meter × 4 round-trip run and girls ’ 1-minute rope skipping scores. There was a very significant difference(P < 0.01),but there was no significant difference between the 1000-meter / 800-meter run scores(P > 0.05).The correlation between the speed, sensitivity and fast start-up ability of the experimental group and the results of the compulsory physical fitness test in the middle school entrance examination was higher than that of the control group.(3)After the experiment, there was a significant difference in the degree of interest in physical education between the two groups(P < 0.01).The experimental group showed a preference, while the control group showed a general preference. After 10 weeks of teaching and training experiments, the following conclusions are drawn :(1)SAQ training and speed, agility and fast start training of regular physical education can improve the performance of compulsory physical fitness test items of junior high school entrance examination to different degrees. However, compared with speed, agility and fast start training of regular physical education,SAQ training has a more significant effect on improving the performance of compulsory physical fitness test items of senior high school entrance examination.(2)The practice method of SAQ training is novel and unique, the content is flexible, the form is simple and easy to learn, and it is easy for students to accept. The speed, sensitivity and rapid start training methods used in conventional physical education classes are fixed and the content is single.Compared with the latter, the former has a more significant effect on stimulating students ’ interest in physical education and has a better effect on mobilizing students ’ initiative to participate in practice. |
