The advent of the Internet plus era has made it imperative for education to be led by information technology.Promoting the transformation of traditional education mode has become the trend of educational reform in Colleges and universities.On the basis of this,blended teaching emerges as the times require and has injected fresh blood into college physical education.As a new teaching mode of multi-dimensional collaborative interaction between online and offline,it has two teaching methods,including pre class preparation,practice in class and three links after class,to conduct corresponding teaching design for physical education classroom,and thus build a more suitable physical education mode in the era of "Internet plus".Applying it to practical course teaching can effectively improve the learning efficiency of classroom teaching,and also provide a certain theoretical basis and practical support for cultivating innovative talents to meet the needs of the information age.Using the research methods of literature,questionnaire,teaching experiment and mathematical statistics,this paper takes the application research of Hybrid Teaching Based on guidance interaction in the elective teaching of public sports volleyball in Colleges and universities as a practical exploration,and carries out the experimental research of online and offline guidance interaction around pre class,in class and after class based on the abundant online teaching resources and diversified teaching methods of "superstar" network teaching platform,This paper discusses the influence of the mixed teaching application of "teacher guidance,teacher-student interaction and autonomous learning" on the teaching effect of students’ physical quality,physical learning interest and volleyball technology theory in public sports Volleyball Teaching in Colleges and universities.In order to explore the advantages of interactive mixed teaching of learning guidance compared with traditional teaching,and verify the practicability and feasibility of the application of this teaching mode in the teaching of public sports volleyball elective courses in Colleges and universities.(1)Both the interactive mixed teaching and traditional teaching can improve students’ physical quality,but there is a significant difference between them,that is,the interactive mixed teaching is better than the traditional classroom teaching in improving students’ physical quality.(2)The interactive mixed teaching of guidance plays a positive role in promoting the improvement of students’ interest in physical education.Under its teaching mode,students’ physical education learning motivation,skill learning,after-school exercise and physical education attention are better than traditional teaching.(3)Both the interactive mixed teaching and traditional classroom teaching can help students improve their volleyball theoretical level and technical level.However,compared with the traditional "one speech hall" teaching mode,the interactive mixed teaching can more effectively cultivate students’ self-study consciousness and improve the quantity and quality of students’ volleyball technology.(4)The teaching effect of learning guidance interactive hybrid teaching applied to public sports Volleyball Elective Teaching in Colleges and universities is more obvious than that of traditional classroom,whether from online teaching or offline classroom.(5)The hybrid teaching of guidance and interaction has effectively improved the application ability of teachers’ information technology and cultivated students’ ability to actively explore knowledge,but it also has the disadvantages of shortage of online teaching resources and weak students’ sense of autonomy.(6)The application of the mixed teaching of guidance and interaction in the teaching of public sports volleyball elective courses in Colleges and universities has effectively promoted the atmosphere of classroom teaching,enhanced the interaction and communication between teachers and students,optimized the classroom teaching activities of teaching and learning,and promoted the reform of public sports volleyball teaching and learning in colleges and universities in a certain sense. |
