Objective:This study takes the research results of ’body knowledge’ as the theoretical basis,takes the practical application of the ’means-guided learning’ physical education teaching mode in the teaching of volleyball passing and cushioning in ordinary colleges and universities as the research object,explores the specific operation mode of the ’means-guided learning ’ teaching mode in the teaching of volleyball in colleges and universities,and through the teaching experiment,tests the development of college students ’ physical quality,the improvement of the technical level of volleyball passing and cushioning and the change of sports emotional attitude.Research Methods:This paper adopts the methods of questionnaire survey,literature review,interview and experiment.Before the experiment,the students of two volleyball public physical education classes of 2021 in Yangzhou University were pretested.The test contents were body shape,quality,volleyball passing and cushioning technology foundation and sports learning interest.Under the condition that the pre-test content is in line with the experimental development,the other experimental factors are controlled the same.The control class adopts the traditional teaching mode,and the experimental class adopts the "means-guided learning" teaching mode to carry out a 12-week teaching experiment.Before and after the experiment,the sports learning interest scale was used to investigate,and the students’ sports experience and sports emotional attitude changes were recorded in the experiment.Finally,the data required for the experiment are collected and sorted out,and the data are processed and analyzed by software.The teaching effect of the ’means-guided learning’ teaching mode and the traditional teaching mode is compared,and the following results and conclusions are drawn.(1)After 12 weeks of teaching experiment,there was no significant change in height and weight between the two groups,and the four physical qualities were slightly improved,but there was no significant difference in the six test indexes(P>0.05).(2)After 12 weeks of teaching experiment,the two groups of students’volleyball passing and dribbling skills were significantly improved(P<0.01),and the experimental group was higher than the control group,with significant difference(P<0.05).(3)After 12 weeks of teaching experiment,the technical evaluation scores of volleyball passing and cushioning skills of the two groups were significantly improved(P<0.01),and the technical evaluation scores of the experimental group were higher than those of the control group,with significant differences(P<0.05).(4)After 12 weeks of teaching experiment,the five dimensions of physical education learning interest of the two groups of students were significantly improved,with significant difference(P<0.05).Research Conclusions:(1)In the body shape,quality,’means to guide learning’ teaching mode can effectively improve the students’ physical quality.(2)In terms of sports cognitive structure,the teaching mode of ’means-guided learning ’can improve and enrich students ’internal cognitive structure,including skill cognition and emotional cognition.(3)In terms of volleyball passing and cushioning techniques,volleyball teaching under ’means-guided learning’ can be more conducive to college students ’mastery of volleyball passing and cushioning techniques.(4)In the technical evaluation of volleyball passing and cushioning,The volleyball teaching under ’means-guided learning’ can more effectively promote students’ grasp of sports sensation and technical details,and improve the quality and standardization of volleyball passing skills.(5)In terms of sports emotional attitude,’means to guide learning’ college volleyball teaching can be more conducive to students to produce good sports emotional attitude,improve students’ interest in sports learning,increase students’ learning enthusiasm.
