With the rapid development of Internet technology in recent years,to get technical support informationization teaching, the multimedia teaching in the universities gradually widely used, more and more schools began to combine the traditional teaching and multimedia teaching.Under the background of informatization teaching reform in colleges and universities, blended learning emerges from many new teaching modes and attracts the attention of many experts and scholars in the educational circle.blended learning is a teaching mode that combines the advantages of traditional classroom teaching and network teaching, takes teachers as the leading role and emphasizes students as the main body.Based on the theoretical perspective of blended learning and constructism learning theory, connectionism learning theory and other theoretical basis, this study designs and applies the blended learning mode in the teaching of volleyball optional class in Central South University,in order to discuss the teaching effect and existing problems of the application of blended learning in college volleyball optional class.By the method of documentation, questionnaire investigation, expert interview method, mathematical statistics method, experimental method and other research methods, with blended learning mode applied in college volleyball optional class teaching effect as the research object,in the 4classes of Central South University grade 2019 volleyball optional class, two of the experimental groups were randomly selected as the experimental group and the other two groups were the control group,a total of 113 people as experimental object,The experimental group adopts the blended learning mode for volleyball teaching, while the control group adopts the traditional teaching mode for volleyball teaching. Before the experiment, the subjects were given preliminary questionnaires and tested for physical fitness and volleyball skills. After the 16-week teaching experiment, the students in the control group were given learning feedback questionnaires, and the physical fitness and volleyball skills of all subjects were tested again. The collected data were summarized and classified by EXCEL,and the independent sample T test and paired sample T test were conducted by SPSS 22.0 statistical software. After a statistical comparison of the test data of the two groups’ students and analysis of the questionnaire results, the following conclusions are finally drawn:(1)There was no significant difference in the physical fitness scores between the experimental group and the control group after the experiment(P > 0.05),indicating that there was no significant difference between the blended learning mode and the traditional teaching mode in improving the physical fitness of students.(2)Both the blended learning mode and the traditional teaching mode have significant effects on the improvement of students’ performance in setting up,passing and spiking(P < 0.05).The effect of the blended teaching mode on the improvement of students’ performance in setting up,passing and spiking is obviously better than that of the traditional teaching mode.(3)The blended learning mode can not only improve students’ theoretical knowledge and volleyball skills, but also cultivate students’ good study habits and improve their independent study ability.(4)In this blended learning experiment, the main reasons affecting students’ sense of study experience include insufficient online communication and discussion, tight online study time, inconvenient use of the platform, insufficient study atmosphere, and delayed problem feedback.(5)The scores of volleyball skills of the experimental group were significantly better than those of the control group, and most of the students in the experimental group had a good grasp of the theoretical knowledge and skills of volleyball, improved their learning habits, and had a high degree of participation in the course. To sum up,the blended learning mode can significantly improve the teaching effect of optional volleyball courses in colleges and universities. |
