| With the development of "Internet +" technology and the rapid change of information technology,platform economy is developing rapidly.More and more platform enterprises begin to involve in transportation,accommodation,catering and other important contents of people’s daily life,which has greatly changed the production and operation mode of enterprises and people’s way of life.However,the rapid development of platform economy brings new forms of employment,so that workers in the platform are faced with unclear labor relations,government supervision,laws and regulations,responsibility definition and many other aspects of supervision problems.The income of workers in many platform economies is unstable,and they are troubled by problems such as demand fluctuation shock,price fluctuation shock and lack of employment protection.Based on the relevant theories of Marxist political economy,this paper deeply analyzes the nature of labor relations in platform economy,explores the main factors affecting the stability of labor relations in platform economy based on questionnaire research,and then puts forward countermeasures and suggestions to improve labor relations in platform economy.The main content of this paper is divided into six parts: Chapter One introduces the research background,research significance,research methods,research idea and possible innovations,and puts forward the main issues to be studied on the basis of literature review.That is,whether there are labor relations in platform economy,what are the characteristics of labor relations in platform economy,and how to make the labor relations in platform economy more harmonious and stable through effective policy design.Chapter Two describes the connotation and theoretical basis of labor relations in platform economy,explains the concept of labor relations,focuses on the analysis of labor relations in platform economy from the perspective of Marxist labor relations theory,and combs Marxist labor relations theory.Chapter Three describes properties and characteristics of labor relations in platform economy,puts forward that there are labor relations in platform economy,whose essence is invisible capital occupies the surplus of labor.On this basis,it analyzes the factors such as increased flexibility,decreased stability,weakening employment form but actual strengthening and capital conceals labor surplus possession,which cause the disharmony of labor relations in platform economy.Chapter Four makes an empirical study on the stability of labor relations in platform economy,and proposes the main factors affecting the stability of labor relations in platform economy,including salary and welfare,labor contract,rights protection,working environment,occupational safety..It also analyzes the mechanism of factors affecting the stability of labor relations in platform economy,such as salary and welfare,labor contract and rights protection.Chapter Five describes the path of constructing harmonious and stable labor relations in platform economic,and puts forward countermeasures and suggestions from the aspects of sharing labor achievements,raising the level of compensation and welfare,materializing labor contract,clarifying platform responsibilities,perfecting social security system and strengthening the protection of platform workers’ rights and interests,improving the working environment and occupational safety of platform workers;Chapter Six makes a brief summary of the whole paper. |
