Research On Improving The Resistance Of Families With Physically Disabled People In Case Work

Our country is in the "difference" period to build a well-off society in an all-round way,realize the first one hundred goals,on the comprehensive construction of socialism modernization country new journey stage,to safeguard people’s life,narrow the social life standard difference,our country has been the disabled such special vulnerable groups as an important object of the development of people’s livelihood project.The family is an important or even the core carrier of the construction of the social security and service system for the disabled,and it also bears the main responsibility of taking care of the disabled family members.And the development of family ability directly affects the well-being of the disabled level,more and more evidence shows that over time,many families in the face of disability to adapt to and present certain ability,and in the family ability,resistance is an important content,so through social work practice method in limb disabled family resistance is of great significance.This study focuses on the problem of resilience in families of physically disabled persons.Taking 7 families of physically disabled persons in Y community of Z city as the survey object,the overall level of the RSA resistance stress scale was used to understand the families of physically disabled persons in this community.Later,based on the current situation,the author analyzed the causes of the influence of negative beliefs,the internal dysfunction of the family system and the weak source of support,and selected a family with a low level of stress resistance as the object of case service,and tried to use the structured family treatment model for case intervention.This study introduces Wash’s theory of family resistance,focusing on three dimensions of family belief system,organizational mode and communication process,and diagnosed problems through the comprehensive analysis of family structure and family advantages and formulated a case work plan.The whole intervention process in order to improve family resistance as the main line,the intervention process is divided into improving family belief system,build a healthy organization mode,smooth family communication process three stages,a total of seven times intervention,help service object enhance the level of family resistance,promote family harmony,finally the process evaluation and results evaluation in two ways of intervention effect evaluation.The results found that:first,the structured family treatment model has a positive effect on improving the resilience of the families of the disabled;second,improving the resilience of the disabled families has a positive impact on the improvement of the life of the disabled;and third,the flexible use of the role of social workers plays an important role in practice.While seeing remarkable results,there are also problems such as the lack of universality of case work and the limitations of individual ability of social workers.Professional social work services gradually improve the resilience of the families in care.In conclusion,the author hopes that the research conducted in this article can provide support and local reflection for social work intervention research on resilience in families with physical disabilities.
