| In recent years,China’s economic development has entered a new normal,with the growth rate slowing down.Meanwhile,China’s labor supply has undergone new changes and the employment pressure has increased.A series of measures formulated and introduced by the government to alleviate the employment of college students in higher vocational colleges have not fundamentally alleviated the problem.Therefore,under the background of the construction of service-oriented government,the analysis of the existing problems in the employment security of higher vocational colleges and the reasons for their impact is conducive to further improving the employment security of higher vocational college students and promoting the alleviation of employment problems.In this paper,using the questionnaire investigation,literature study and comparative analysis,on the theoretical support of service oriented government,market failure,Shandong st.Shenghan Finance &Trade Vocational College as sample investigation,analysis of the university students’ employment security in higher vocational colleges in our country current situation,problems and their causes,and experience both at home and abroad for reference,on the basis of this puts forward the corresponding Suggestions.This paper finds that the employment security of higher vocational college students in China is not sufficiently focused on ideology,not perfect in safeguard measures,not smooth in overall coordination,not open in information,and not transparent in supervision.The reasons for these problems include: Unclear laws and policies,prominent structural problems in employment,weak employment guidance in higher vocational colleges,imperfect social security system,and irregular employment market.In view of these problems,this paper puts forward the following measures: improve employment laws and regulations;Construction of employment promotion system;Building employment support system;Building a social security system;We will establish a market support system for vocational colleges and universities.This paper tries to integrate various advantageous resources to help improve the employment security system of college students in vocational colleges from the perspective of service-oriented government. |
