Colleges shoulder the mission and responsibility of teaching and educating people.Ten years to grow trees hundred years to nurture talent.The fundamental criterion for judging the teaching work of colleges and universities is the effectiveness of moral education.According to the "National Standards for Teaching Quality of Undergraduate Majors in Physical Education in Colleges and Universities",the "Sociology of Sports" course is one of the seven courses required for undergraduate majors.ideological and political elements.Starting from the theoretical basis,this paper excavates and analyzes the hidden ideological and political elements in the course.Combined with the characteristics of the "Sociology of Sports" course,the ideological and political elements are integrated into the course content and teaching design.It is divided into five special topics for the application of teaching cases.And evaluation,so that students are infiltrated with the correct three views while being baptized with professional knowledge,so as to realize the spirit of sports and education.1.The theoretical basis for integrating the ideological and political curriculum into the "Sociology of Sports" curriculum: first,the homology of educational concepts,aiming to establish the educational concept of health first;second,the integration of teaching content,focusing on imparting knowledge while implementing Ideological education;the third is the compatibility of talent training goals,to cultivate students into applied talents with comprehensive development of moral,intellectual,physical,aesthetic and labor,with a high sense of social responsibility and competent in all aspects of sports in society.Based on this,the course content of "Sociology of Sports" s is deeply analyzed,and the history,spirit,quality,etc.contained in the course content of social structure,social culture,social progress,social system,social relationship and interaction,and sports in social life are fully explored.Ideological and political elements provide theoretical basis and foundation for subsequent ideological and political teaching.2.According to the nature and characteristics of the "Sociology of Sports" course,the ideological and political content supply of the course is optimized around the five key points of political identity,family and country feelings,cultural literacy,constitutional and legal awareness,and moral cultivation.,Policies are used as teaching cases to design the ideological and political teaching plan for the undergraduate course of "Sociology of Sports".The second chapter combines social control and sports content.Adhere to the socialist rule of law with Chinese characteristics,firmly establish the concept of the rule of law for students,and learn the law,understand the law,abide by the law,abide by the law,and use it;in the third chapter,the sports and economy part is integrated into Beijing The Winter Olympics adheres to the case of sustainable development and strengthens the feelings of home and country that are closely linked with the country;combines the sports culture content in Chapter 4 of social culture with the spirit of the women’s volleyball film in the movie "Win the Championship",and strengthens students’ understanding of socialist Chinese sports culture.Self-confident political attention to both mind and body",so as to improve students’ cultural literacy of establishing a healthy personal development concept.3.Apply the ideological and political teaching plan to the course teaching process,take students as the center,integrate knowledge baptism with ideological and political education,and give teaching feedback through student questionnaires after the course.Students believe that citing ideological and political cases in the course of "Sociology of Sports" to teach them is helpful to shape their three views,and expressed the hope that teachers will be their good teachers and friends,teaching the principles of life and doing things,and guiding students’ life planning.In the future course teaching,ideological and political cases on the topic of cultural literacy and home and country feelings can be appropriately added for teaching,such as the case of "Asian trapeze" Su Bingtian winning glory for the country,which can effectively cultivate students’ patriotism.Since the special education on the rule of law is a bit boring,the interest of the special education on the rule of law should be enhanced.For example,Luo Xiang,a blogger of Bili Bili app,said that criminal law(Mr.Luo’s law class)can improve the enthusiasm of students to learn the content of sports social control system.Through curriculum ideological and political education,students can master theoretical knowledge and be influenced by ideological and political education,so as to achieve the teaching effect of "course thinking and double cultivation".
