social life are fully explored.Ideological and political elements provide theoretical basis and foundation for subsequent ideological and political teaching.2.According to the nature and characteristics of the "Sociology of Sports" course,the ideological and political content supply of the course is optimized around the five key points of political identity,family and country feelings,cultural literacy,constitutional and legal awareness,and moral cultivation.,Policies are used as teaching cases to design the ideological and political teaching plan for the undergraduate
