With the advent of the information age,the public opinion in the network space has undergone great changes;More and more netizens are participating in the discussion of hot social events through the form of emotional expression,and this form of emotional expression is the key factor affecting the development of public opinion.Compared with the real society,the network public opinion is more inclined to emotional expression;The expression form and content of emotion is an important aspect of constructing network public opinion.In network public opinion,there are two forms of expression of emotions:one is the expression of individual emotions,the other is the diffusion of netizen group emotions;The convergence of netizen group sentiment will produce more significant social influence,so it becomes the main form of expression of network public opinion sentiment.The purpose of this study is to study the communication mechanism of netizen group sentiment in network public opinion,and to explore the development course of "Hongxing Erke Wild consumption Event" as a case.According to the transmission characteristics of netizen emotions in Hongxing Erke Event,this study collected and analyzed microblog data during the event and combined with the analysis of emotion classification results,divided it into three stages,mainly including the generation period of netizen emotions,the aggregation period of netizen emotions and the diffusion period of netizen emotions.And in a more intuitive way to show the real life of the whole process of netizen group emotional transmission.In the process of arousing the collective emotions of netizens,the emotions of many netizens at the same time are awakened,thus generating the starting point of emotions.Subsequently,some emotions were expressed and shared among individual netizens,but the emotions of netizens at this stage were scattered and isolated,and there was no effective interaction,so the effect was little.In the process of conveying netizen group emotions,the netizen group emotions are gradually diffused due to the interaction between netizen groups and individuals,and finally a firmly integrated group emotions are formed.Emotions among members of the netizen group will be influenced,influenced and transmitted to each other,so as to achieve a closed loop of emotional transmission and eventually form resonance of emotions within the netizen group.The spread of emotions shows a trend of groupization,and various groups merge with each other to form linkage effect,thus promoting the formation of a broader emotional community of netizens,and netizen emotions have reached a peak.With the disclosure of information or the adjustment of the agenda,the netizen’s emotions will gradually calm down and gradually fade,and finally reach a stable state.Finally,this study proposes suggestions for better guiding the emotions of netizens in the face of similar "wild consumption" events in the future,starting from the four subjects of individuals,platforms,enterprises,and media.If individual netizens speak rationally and prudently handle hot online events;The platform actively assumes responsibility and cooperates with multiple parties;Enterprises should provide rational emotional guidance to netizens and achieve long-term development;The media releases authoritative information in a timely manner and actively guides online emotions. |
