In recent years,school bullying incidents have been frequent and have become an unavoidable social problem.Studies have shown that bullies often have long-term disgust after being bullied because they are afraid of being bullied,specifically manifested as disgust for classmates,teachers,schools,homework,etc.,which will directly cause the decline of students’ academic performance,and even embark on the road of dropping out of school,seriously hindering their healthy growth,and even affecting the future and fate of their lives.Social work has a unique advantage in helping others with its professional helping methods and helping concepts,and there are few studies on social work intervention in the problem of bullying people who are tired of school,so this research is necessary.This article is a case study of the bully’s weariness of learning.Combining with the professional concept of social work,it uses semi-structured interviews to collect relevant data,and according to the relevant data,it evaluates the needs of the service object and defines the problem.Under the guidance of ecosystem theory,the problem diagnosis and demand analysis are carried out from the micro-system,meso-system and macro-system of the students who are tired of learning,and the causes of the students who are tired of learning are explored from the micro-system,meso-system and macro-system,and the intervention is attempted from the three systems to help the students who are tired of learning to relieve their feelings and get out of the bullying shadow.The study is a study of cases of bullied people who are tired of school,running through the professional concept of social work to help others to help themselves,collecting relevant information of service clients through semi-structured interviews,problem definition,needs assessment,and formulating service plans based on this.In the process of service development,follow the guidance of ecosystem theory,and use casework work methods to implement interventions from the three levels of microsystem,meso system and macro system of middle school students,in the micro system,social workers help clients out of the shadows through support and encouragement,and let clients realize their own advantages and build self-confidence from the advantages of clients.In the meso system,social workers help improve the living environment and school environment of clients by changing the way mothers communicate with clients,and teach classmates to eliminate verbal violence and learn to respect others,and provide more support to clients.In the macro system,for bullied middle school students represented by service recipients,it is necessary to improve the judicial system for preventing and punishing verbal bullying;Strengthen ideological and moral education for students in the field of education;Timely intervention should be made in response to the possible school boredom and inferiority complex of the bullied.Through comprehensive involvement in the entire ecosystem of clients,we help clients alleviate school weariness,get out of the shadow of bullying,and boost self-confidence.In the specific intervention process,due to the limited ability of social workers themselves,there is less intervention in the macro system,although certain publicity measures have also been taken to call on the public to pay more attention to the problem of school boredom of bullied children,but the results are very small,and it is necessary to link relevant social resources,such as professional social organizations and mass media,to play the role of social advocacy. |
