Family is the first place for children to receive education.Naturally,parents,as the main educator in this place,uphold the education concept and education ability is the top priority to improve the quality of family education,and the education of parents is undoubtedly the key to improve the quality of family education.In order to solve various educational problems in the family,this study takes the special salon as the entry point to deeply explore the application status and advantages of the special salon in kindergarten parenting education,and opens up a new way for kindergarten parenting education.This study selected literature method,participatory observation method and interview method,took an experimental garden in Shandong Province as the case study base,presented the application status of the special salon in kindergarten parenting education,analyzed the practical advantages and disadvantages of special salon in kindergarten parenting education,and put forward targeted suggestions accordingly.Firstly,through interviews and participatory observation,the author investigated the application status of K Garden special salon in parenting education.Guided by self-efficacy information source theory and adult education theory,and referring to the domestic parenting education model,The present situation of the application of special salon in K Garden parenting education is presented in five dimensions: cognition of the participants,formulation of the salon goal,selection of the salon content,determination of the salon form,arrangement of the salon process,and inspection of the salon effect.Secondly,through the analysis of research data such as the application status of special salon in parenting education of Kindergarten K,the application effect of special salon in parenting education of kindergarten K was confirmed: It improves teachers’ ability of parenting education,expands resources of parenting education in kindergartens,enriches working forms of parenting education in kindergartens,popularizes specific methods of family education,and helps children receive higher quality education.Through the analysis of interview data,the researcher found that in the parenting education work of K Garden,the application of the special salon has its own advantages compared with other forms of parenting education in terms of setting the goal of the salon,selecting the content,determining the form,arranging the process and testing the effect.The goal of the salon is more targeted,the theme is more open,the form is more reasonable,the process is more research-based,the guidance and suggestions are more effective,and the salon organization is more humanized.However,there is still room for further reflection and improvement in the subjects benefiting from the salon,the selection of content,the determination of form and the test of effect,etc.: the participants of the special salon are limited,the knowledge covering parenting education is narrow,the registration mechanism and time arrangement are not good,and the test of effect is subjective.Therefore,there is still room for further improvement of the kindergarten special salon.The following suggestions are put forward: to improve the ability of parenting education and reserve the teachers of the salon;Develop a series of courses to improve the theoretical knowledge of parenting education;Improve the registration mechanism to reduce the number of participants;Update salon feedback format.
