In our country, the urban and rural education recourse distribution is seriously imbalanced, and urban and rural education development level disparity is still huge. Under this background, it is significant to improve education level and promote rural sports education resources sharing. With high common goal, shared resources, we can make progress together. We used to pay more attention to the schools in the city, but now, urban and rural education is to be promoted together, and to a certain extent, urban to rural should be more focused. Therefore, under the background of progressively promoting the integration of urban and rural areas, the rural sports research appears very important.This paper, by literature and data, observation, interviewing, statistics, and questionnaire method, through physical education, sports psychology, sports sociology, sports management and other related theory, and on- the-spot visit investigation in northern part of Henan province rural middle school, studied the urban and rural integration P.E. teachers in rural schools cultivate problem in northern regions of Henan province. Through the analysis of existing problems, this study gives the following conclusions:1. Education funds are relatively insufficient still, and the infrastructure construction is imperfect. Through the survey we found that the north of Henan rural sports teacher is still in hope of improving them- selves by post-career training, but their training enthusiasm are affected because of low wages, and conflict of teaching and learning time. Shortage of funds also has caused the teaching contents update slow, disability to get a higher level guidance work; these will lead to problems such as the effect of in-service training. Obviously, funding problems have a serious impact on the training work, without economy foundation, training work is hard to improve. So still, expenditure should be increased to serve post-career training better.2. Through the investigation in northern region of Henan province, we learned that the teachers'age structure is basically reasonable, and their educational level is distinctly improved and equal with the national levels. Judging from the title structure, most of the teachers own in- remediated titles and only a few teachers own the senior titles in this area. From the survey of this basic situation, the teachers in this area are mostly young; they are lack of teaching experience, not good at educational and scientific research, not full of enthusiasm and low paid. Although their educational level is improved, they still need post-trainings to improve their teaching ability.3. The survey shows that most teachers who attended post-career training purpose want to improve the teaching ability. It shows that the vast rural sports workers are eagerly taking superior physical education, unceasingly improves the teaching ability as motivation, and their learning attitude is correct. Judging from the curriculum, although it is in the process of perfecting confess, and most teachers believe that the curriculums and the arrangement of teaching content is rational, compared with the countryside actual situation, the course that fit the rural teaching situation is still very few, which also affect rural sports teacher training effect.4. According to the investigation, the most important problems that need to be solved are: the school leadership and sports teacher should renew the concept; increase further education funds; strengthen the construction of infrastructure; arrange post-career training time; establish a high level of teachers; perfect the training content constantly; establish a diversified education mechanism; construct perfect evaluation system.
