In the process of higher education in our country, private colleges and universities play an important part in it, which impel the popularization of higher education. However, private school tuition continues rising because the private colleges basically raise funds by itself and owing to the reform of tuition system and the increasing charging of higher education. It led to the majority of students from rural and remote areas, low-income families are faced with enormous economic and thought pressure. The number of poor students in the school has an obvious growth.This topic starts from the practical problems encountered in the process of education management. And it aims to point out the problems in the process of poor students funding by the analysis of current situation on private poor college students subsidy policy.
