| Delaying retirement in the future will confirm implementation.Therefore,under this background,this paper takes teachers directly under the Ministry of Education and general full-time universities in G City as the survey objects to study the influencing factors of university teachers’ willingness to delay retirement.Starting from the theoretical basis of rational economic man,family production theory and expectation theory,this paper establishes an overall framework for the analysis of the influencing factors of the willingness to delay retirement by college teachers in G city.By consulting relevant literature and data to analyze and determine the influencing factors,and organize them into four dimensions: individual,family,work,and policy,issue questionnaires,through descriptive statistical analysis,correlation test,establish a binary logistic regression model to analyze and demonstrate in The influence of factors of different dimensions on whether the group of college teachers in G city is willing to delay retirement provides a certain degree of reference and suggestions for the formulation and implementation of the subsequent delayed retirement policy,so that the progressive delayed retirement policy can be better and smoother implemented.Through the analysis and verification of the questionnaire,this paper finds that college teachers are slightly more enthusiastic about their willingness to delay retirement,and female teachers are slightly more willing to delay retirement than men.Among the influencing factors of the four dimensions,physical health,support burden,job satisfaction,re-employment willingness after retirement,the respondents’ understanding of the progressive delayed retirement policy,and the degree of recognition of the progressive delayed retirement policy,etc.Factors positively affect college teachers’ willingness to delay retirement.Family care responsibility(that is,the degree of time commitment to housework and caring for family members)negatively affects college teachers’ willingness to delay retirement. |
