Retirement is every laborer is in after completion the inevitable result of his life the labor,people in physical strength weak,cannot continue to work after gradually withdraw from the labor market,national policy guarantee the legitimate rights and interests of every worker has a rest,make each laborer is in after the labor of his life working enjoy certain pension income,retirement at home.According to the survey,in 2000,our country has entered an aging society,China's aging population over the age of 65 increased from 4.91% to 6.96% in 18 years,population aging faster than in other developed countries.While population aging to a certain extent reflects the speed of the modern social progress,but he brings many problems are and today's retirement policy in our country produce some conflict.Delay retirement,this is at present many developed countries deal with their countermeasures taken by the population ageing problem,to our country also has a certain reference value to the current condition.Former ministry of Labour and social security has been put forward as early as 2004,the idea of extension worker legal retirement age in C hina,but people are for the policy there has been some doubts,until November 2013,the 18 th session of the central committee of the communist party of China,the third plenary session,set out to study and formulate gradual retirement age policy,this just retired from national level will delay problems.This paper is divided into five main chapters analyzed the influence of the gansu province town delay retirement policy on employment,the first chapter mainly basic concepts and theoretical basis of delay retirement account,the second chapter mainly introduces the current retirement policy in gansu province and the analysis of the problems existing in the current retirement policy,the third chapter describes the delay retirement impact on employment in cities and towns in gansu province,this paper introduces the present situation of employment in gansu province and using the econometric model to delay retirement age influence on employment are analyzed in operation.The last chapter put forward some delay retirement policy adjustment principle and implementation of the recommendations.
