Research On Collectivist Education For College Students In The New Era

Collectivism,as the basic principle of communist morality,is the basic norm for regulating the relationship of interests between individuals and individuals and between individuals and collectives,and is also an important content of the moral construction of Chinese citizens in the new era.At the same time,the collectivist education of college students is an important part of the ideological and political education of colleges and universities,which is very important for enhancing the collectivist spirit of college students,improving the personality of college students,and promoting the all-round development of college students.This paper takes the collectivist education of college students in the new era as the research object,and uses the methods of literature research and comparative research to sort out the relevant literature.The collectivist ideas of Marxist classic writers,the collectivist ideas of Chinese communists,and the collectivist ideas in China’s excellent traditional culture have provided rich resources for the collectivist education of college students in the new era.Through research,it is found that the collectivist education of college students has two problems: on the one hand,college students themselves have the problems of weakening their sense of collective belonging,weak collective consciousness,and insufficient understanding of the importance of collectivist education;On the other hand,collectivist education in colleges and universities has the problems of too high goals,lack of a sense of the times in content,and outdated means and methods.The main reasons for the above problems are the influence of the network world,the impact of Western multiculturalism,and the prevalence of the phenomenon of emphasizing wisdom over morality,which is not conducive to the cultivation of college students’ morality and affects the effect of collectivist education.In view of the above problems in collectivist education,combined with the characteristics of college students in the new era and the new era,this paper proposes countermeasures to strengthen the collectivist education of college students in the new era from three aspects: First,at the level of educational content,it is necessary to strengthen the education of the Chinese spirit and the community of human destiny under the guidance of Xi Jinping Thought on Socialism with Chinese Characteristics in the New Era and the core values of socialism,and draw nutrition from China’s excellent traditional virtues;Second,at the level of educational pathways,we should focus on strengthening the collectivist education of college students from four aspects: classroom teaching,extracurricular activities,daily management and cultural atmosphere,and forming an educational synergy;Third,at the level of educational methods,we should strengthen infiltration and indoctrination,make full use of new media,give play to the positive leading role of role models and strengthen emotional experience,so as to innovate the way of collectivist education for college students.
