The cognitive development of students in primary school is vigorous but immature.More and more people pay attention to cultivate students’ learning behaviour.Students’ learning behaviour reflects students’ learning attitudes.Students’ learning behavior will directly affect students’ learning results.Family is the first environment for children to grow up.Different family education will have different effects on children’s body and mind.And these effects will be shown through students’ self-expectation and students’ learning behaviour.Therefore,this research will explore the current situation of family education methods and students’ self-expectation to put forward targeted suggestions to help students improve their learning behaviour,which is not only in accord with the requirements of compulsory education,but also is conductive to the development of students.In this study,the students from grade three to grade six of a primary school were selected to explore the influence of family parenting style and students’ self-expectations on students’ learning behaviour.The research mainly use questionnaire survey method and quantitative analysis method.Though correlation analysis and regression analysis,the following conclusions are drawn:(1)There are significant differences in the gender of students,mainly manifested in maternal warm parenting style,anxious parenting style,excessive protection parenting style.(2)There are significant differences in parents’ educational background.It is mainly manifested in parental warm parenting style.The higher the level of education is,the more positive the parenting style is.(3)The three types of students’ self-expectation are significantly different in their parents’ education background.The higher the parents’ education background is,the higner the students’ self-expectation is.(4)warm and anxious family parenting style has a significant positive relationship with students’ learning behavior,and refusal parenting style has a significant negative correlation with students’ learning behavior.(5)Students’ self-expectation are significantly related with students’ learning behaviour.The higher the students’ self-expectation is,the better the students’ learning behaviour is.(6)Students’ self-expectation should have an intermediary role between the family parenting style and primary school students’ learning behavior.In conclusion,this paper will make suggestions from three aspects,family,school and society.First,parents should adjust their children’s education,choose scientific parenting methods,improve their cultural cultivation and create a harmonious family environment;Secondly,the schools school improve the school management mechanism.Teachers should encourage and guide students to establish confidence;Finally,the relevant departments should adhere to the correct publicity orientation to create a good social environment.
