| Children’s programming education is a relatively new industry in children’s education industry.Under the background of deepening education reform,the quality education industry of children’s programming has ushered in a policy dividend period,and the educational concept of post-80 s and post-90 s parents is gradually turning to quality education.Because of the close relationship between children’s programming education and representative technologies of the new era such as the Internet,artificial intelligence and big data,its market demand is increasing,with huge market potential and broad prospects.Based on the background of the deepening of the current education reform,this paper makes a detailed analysis and Research on the development strategy of T children’s programming training company through the methods of literature research,case analysis,environmental analysis,interview and the combination of qualitative and quantitative methods,hoping to have a certain reference significance and reference value for the same type of enterprises in the children’s programming education industry.This paper takes T children’s programming training company as the research object.Firstly,it summarizes the relevant theories of enterprise strategy and children’s programming education.Under the guidance of relevant enterprise strategy theories,it uses PEST analysis model and Porter’s five forces model to analyze the external environment of T children’s programming training company,and evaluates and analyzes the external environmental factors with EFE matrix,The analysis shows that T children’s programming training company has strong ability to seize external opportunities and offset threats;Then it analyzes the internal advantages,resource capabilities and deficiencies of T children’s programming training company in detail,evaluates and analyzes the internal environmental factors with IFE matrix,and believes that the overall internal advantages of T children’s programming training company are higher than the industry average level.Using SWOT analysis model combined with QSPM quantitative strategic plan matrix,this paper draws the research conclusion that so growth strategy is the most suitable development strategy for T children’s programming training company,and provides the implementation methods and ways of so growth strategy.Based on the above analysis,this paper puts forward some targeted guarantee measures to ensure the smooth implementation of the development strategy of T children’s programming training company. |
