At present,China’s children’s fitness industry is in an explosive period,and the Chinese government attaches great importance to the development of the children’s fitness industry.With the rise of quality education,the awareness of children’s parents continues to deepen,the child’s fitness industry has ushered in rapid development,and players continue to enter the game.At the same time,many industry problems have been exposed,such as faculty,customer acquisition,courses,etc.Major organizations in the industry are gradually improving their industrial layout in the field of children’s fitness,and more startups are also joining in,injecting more innovative thinking and vitality into the industry.At the same time,due to the obvious growth trend of the children’s physical fitness market in the province,the internal market competition in the industry has become more intense.Due to the shortage of funds and the lack of teachers,many children’s physical fitness training institutions are unable to form a brand effect in the short term.Orrick Sports Center needs to seek a differentiated development path suitable for itself,continuously improve its core products,continuously expand its business to maintain its core competitiveness,expand profit channels for the company,and ensure its dominant position in the industry.In this paper,the method of combining theory and practice combined with five models,PEST analysis tools,revealed by the results of the analysis processing companies are now facing the opportunities and challenges,and realize the company own existence insufficiency and has the advantages of establishing dynamic fitness center for the future development strategy theory,strategic objectives and strategic framework,Finally clear dynamic fitness center line theory course business strategy implementation of specific measures,including through perfecting the organization framework,improve the quality of courses,strengthen the course content innovation,develop more suitable for their own marketing strategy,a market to do a more detailed division,set up a complete system of human resources,etc to ensure the dynamic fitness center theory towards fraud slightly template actively and steadily development,Stay dynamic and competitive.
