| Hunan province implemented mode “3+1+2” non-graded system for freshmen from the fall of 2018.As the third group of conducting non-graded system provinces,Hunan province has gone to the fourth year of this system.Because of time shorted,conduction hard and the pursue of high college rates in some schools,they conduct the reform with a conservative attitude.Generally speaking,non-grade system has a big difference at schools in Hunan province.I have chosen 5 middle schools in northeast Hunan province to do research,which based on theses,interview and questionnaire.The importance of this research will focus on the following two aspects: first,getting to know the implementation path of non-graded system under the guidance of educational mode reform and macroscopically understand the non-graded system’s achievements and difficulties in northeast Hunan Province;second,understand students’ comprehensive and individualized cultivation,new textbooks’ and courses’ arrangement and scientific educational evaluation.From school’s conduction,I can analyze the impact of class walking system on the reform of high school education;from the difficulties of conducting walking system schools,teachers and students are facing,I can get to know what difficulties the whole country will face to implement the non-grade system.Second,I will interview students,teachers and school leaders in different schools to know different people’s attitude,courses’ conducting situation,classes and schools’ management,teachers and students’ evaluation under the non-graded system in northeast Hunan province.Last,I will give out questionnaires to teachers and students.According to analyze questionnaire’s data,the implementation of the class-walking system in high schools of northern Hunan is still facing some problems,such as teachers and students’ lack of understanding of the importance of selecting courses and class-walking,the incomplete combination of subjects in each school,the inadequate class-walking subjects in each school,the low enthusiasm of teachers and students,and the imperfect management evaluation system of class-walking system.Based on the analysis of empirical study,the basic education theory and deep learning theory,and the guidance of reform of high school education,this study puts forward improvement suggestions from the aspects of education concept,education methods,supporting resources,and comprehensive evaluation.With the joint participation of students,teachers,parents,government and social forces,we should work together to promote the orderly implementation of the non-graded system. |
