Research On The Construction Of Coaches Team In Schools Of Schools In Hunan Province

As early as 2009,the Ministry of Education and the General Administration of Sports issued the "Notice on Launching National Youth Campus Football Activities".The two departments worked together to open a football talent training campus model.In order to ensure the continuous and stable implementation of campus football,in the planning of the event plan,the specific requirements of the coaches of all levels of football special schools,including the number,coaching level and other factors.This paper adopts stratified random sampling method,taking 292 middle school football coaches in Hunan Province as the survey object,investigating the status quo of coaching team construction,analyzing the constraints,and promoting the development of Hunan middle school campus football activities in Hunan Province..The main conclusions of this paper are as follows:First,the proportion of male coaches in the middle school football featured school in Hunan Province is higher than that of female coaches,which affects the development of women's football in Hunan Province.Secondly,in the middle school football featured school coaches in Hunan Province.Nearly half of the coaches are non-soccer special physical education teachers,which affects the quality of campus football to a certain extent.At the same time,Hunan football special schools have not yet carried out the mining of football coaches and volunteers with football potential;third,Hunan Province The lack of qualified soccer coaches in the middle school football school is not conducive to guaranteeing a high level of football training quality.Fourth,the number of student players and coaches in the Hunan Provincial High School Football School is 14:1.Reasonable,but the proportion of football teachers and students in individual football-specific schools is unqualified;fifthly,the salary of the coaches of Hunan middle school football special schools is lower and their status needs to be improved;sixth,the overall level of education is higher,which is beneficial to Hunan Province.The future development of high school football featured school coaches;seventh,Hunan Provincial Middle School Football-specific school football coaches lack a scientific and reasonable training system.
