The learning situation in the junior high school is very important for the learning and sustainable development of a person’s life.However,many junior high school students have the problem of weariness in their studies.Therefore,it is very meaningful to carry out the teaching of "Morality and the Rule of Law" in response to this situation,to make students "weary of learning" and "happy to learn",and to implement the goal of morality and cultivating people becomes very meaningful.Based on the research on the teaching strategies of morality and cultivating people in the seventh-grade "morality and rule of law" course,the method of literature analysis,questionnaires and experiments are used.Based on the actual learning situation of the seventh grade students in Yueyang City S Middle School,a three-dimensional survey of learning cognition,attitude and behavior was carried out.Through the data analysis of the questionnaire,the following conclusions were obtained.Students have learning cognitive bias and unstable learning attitude in learning.,The problem of lack of initiative in learning behavior,the content of the questionnaire is tested by regression,and the influencing factors of "morality and the rule of law" course on students’ learning cognition,attitude and behavior are found.Based on the learning situation,it analyzes the achievement of the teaching goal of Lide Shuren,and puts forward more comprehensive solutions from the aspect of teaching.In teaching,it is necessary to formulate hierarchical teaching goals and pay attention to the penetration of students’ subject literacy;it is necessary to develop multi-dimensional teaching resources.To help students correct their learning attitudes on the basis of their interest in learning;to develop flexible and diverse teaching methods with students as the main body,to stimulate students’ desire for performance and to increase their participation;to build a scientific evaluation method,so that teaching can stimulate students’ interest in learning to the greatest extent.,to promote the development of students.And through the comparative experiment,the teaching practice is carried out to test the effect of the teaching strategy of morality and cultivating people based on the students who are bored.
