A Case Management Study On The Reconstruction Of Women Supported By Domestic Violence

On March 1,2016,China’s first anti-domestic violence law,the Anti-Domestic Violence Law of the People’s Republic of China,was successfully implemented,and it has been six years since then.However,due to the hidden nature of domestic violence,difficulty in obtaining evidence,etc.,it is impossible to properly deal with the problem of domestic violence,resulting in the endless occurrence of domestic violence by women who use violence to fight violence and commit suicide,which not only seriously damages women’s rights and interests,but also endangers social interests,and social problems are prominent.The work of countering domestic violence has a long way to go,and relying solely on public order and good customs cannot protect the legitimate rights and interests of victims in a timely manner or properly resolve domestic violence,and social intervention is also needed.Therefore,for the problem of domestic violence suffered by women,it is more meaningful to use social work expertise and methods to prevent it in advance and stop it in a timely manner.In this study,aiming at women who have been victims of domestic violence,the author uses professional social work knowledge and skills to help women who have been subjected to domestic violence solve their difficulties from the perspective of social support theory.In the process of service,the author found that the service recipients due to the lack and rupture of the social support network,there are physical and mental recovery,security,employment,marriage combing and other related problems,so that the service recipients lack the confidence and courage to get out of domestic violence,for women subject to domestic violence with multiple problems,the author uses the case management service method,acts as a linker of resources,and solves the multiple problems of the service objects by re-establishing the missing formal support network and restoring the function of the broken informal support network.So that the service recipients can change their misconceptions,build confidence and ability to get out of domestic violence,get rid of the plight of domestic violence,reshape themselves,and face a new life.Through this service,it is shown that women who are victims of domestic violence in the face of multiple difficulties and needs can rationally allocate resources by building a good social support network for service recipients,using case management methods,and dealing with multiple problems and needs of service recipients in a balanced manner,which has certain applicability and feasibility.
