Study On The Self-help Ability Of Female Victims In The Intervention Of Social Workers In Domestic Violence

With the rapid development of society,people's way of life has undergone tremendous changes,and the family structure is constantly moving towards diversification.The accompanying problem of domestic violence still exists in today's society,even more and more serious.It not only affects the harmony of families,but also relates to the harmonious development of society.The main victims of domestic violence are female groups,which are restricted by traditional ideas,and most families regard them as privacy.This requires a fundamental reversal of the concept that although domestic violence occurs in private space,it is not a housework,but a serious violation of human rights.A series of problems caused by it are worthy of our consideration and exploration.Our country is in transition to a new period,the past experience has been unable to solve new problems.Facing the vulnerable groups around us,besides the help of social charity organizations,we also need the help of social work,self-help and diversified social assistance to help them out of the predicament.Based on the author's own internship experience,from the perspective of social workers,through the means of case work intervention,using crisis intervention mode,six talks were conducted,and the problems were analyzed and evaluated,and the corresponding service plans and objectives were formulated to truly participate in the life of the case owners.At the same time,it integrates the surrounding resources of female victims,reconstructs social network,helps to find their own advantages,regains confidence in life,and continuously improves self-help ability.
