| With the deepening of reform and the rapid economic growth,various new employment methods have emerged.The employment mode of separating labor relations from labor relations has developed rapidly.Labor dispatch,a new way of employment,not only injects vitality into the traditional way of employment,but also brings many negative effects.The phenomenon of different pay for equal work caused by the problem of identity has seriously hit the labor enthusiasm of workers,reduced their sense of work happiness,and is not conducive to the construction of harmonious socialism,it does not conform to the spirit of the General Secretary Xi’s speech on common prosperity at the meeting of the central financial and Economic Commission.Therefore,it is necessary to deeply study how to effectively mobilize the labor enthusiasm of workers and improve their job happiness at the same time.In this paper,the labor dispatch staff of W enterprise is taken as the research object,through individual interviews and literature analysis,on the basis of analyzing the status quo of identity and job well-being of labor dispatch employees,Reveal the problems existing in the identity of labor dispatch employees,taking identity as the independent variable,organizational justice and self-efficacy as the intermediary variables,and labor dispatch employees’ job well-being as the dependent variable,a research model is constructed to explore the influence of W enterprise labor dispatch employees’ identity on job well-being.The experimental data were collected by questionnaire,and the data were statistically analyzed by SPSSAU software.The results show that identity has a positive impact on job well-being,and organizational justice and self-efficacy play an intermediary role between identity and job well-being.At present,tens of millions of labor dispatch employees can exert their subjective initiative in their jobs,create more economic benefits for enterprises while realizing their self-worth,and build a more harmonious labor-capital relationship.Finally,this paper proposes to improve their identity by directly signing labor contracts with labor dispatch employees,by implementing equal pay for equal work,we can improve the sense of organizational justice of labor dispatch employees and improve the self-efficacy of labor dispatch employees by improving vocational skills training,so as to finally achieve the purpose of improving the job happiness of labor dispatch employees. |
