In recent years, the number of labor dispatch has soared rapidly. The report of the All-China Federation of Trade Unions to the Legal Committee of the Standing Committee of the National People's Congress on the investigation of domestic labor dispatch shows that the total number of labor dispatch personnel in the country has reached more than 60 million.Labor dispatch positions involve all walks of life, from telecommunications to banking, securities industry, even in institutions, new employees are all labor dispatch workers. In Shanghai,at least 40% of workers have been in the state of "unequal pay for equal work" all the year round. The phenomenon of "unequal pay for equal work" for dispatched workers damages the rights and interests of workers, leads to the increasing sense of injustice and turnover rate of workers, and easily causes new hidden dangers of social disharmony. How to enrich the spirit and material of labor dispatchers and reduce their sense of injustice has become an important social problem.Employees' turnover intention can predict their turnover behavior very well. This paper takes the employees of N City Commercial Bank as the research object, investigates their turnover intention and related influencing factors, and explores intervention countermeasures from the perspective of social work.On the basis of consulting a large number of documents and interviews, the questionnaire was designed, and then 200 employees were selected to conduct the survey.192 valid questionnaires were collected and analyzed by SPSS software.Through the research,we find that the turnover intention of dispatched employees is significantly higher than that of formal employees;the sense of organizational justice of employees has an important impact on turnover intention, and the four dimensions of organizational justice have a significant negative relationship with turnover intention.Based on this, this paper explores the social work practice of the dispatched employees in commercial banks, carries out case work, and reduces employee turnover intention by alleviating employee psychological pressure, improving employee's interpersonal relationship, strengthening employee's loyalty and sense of belonging to the bank, increasing employee welfare and improving employee's sense oforganizational justice.Social work can play a more obvious role in alleviating and intervening the turnover of bank employees by evaluating the effect of individual activities.Through the practical intervention of social work, this paper finally puts forward some suggestions to reduce the turnover tendency of dispatched employees in commercial banks from the perspective of social work.
