| In recent years,with the continuous enhancement of my country’s comprehensive national strength and rapid economic development,all walks of life have flourished,and both traditional and emerging enterprises are seeking reform and innovation.The scale of enterprises has continued to expand,and the quality of development has improved to a higher level;coupled with the vigorous rise of the Internet and big data,the division of labor in the industry has become more refined,and the competition among enterprises has become increasingly fierce.What’s more,under the background of century-old changes and the intertwined epidemic situation of the century,the market environment is becoming more and more changeable,especially for small and medium-sized enterprises,they are facing unprecedented severe challenges.Therefore,if an enterprise wants to accomplish its set goals,it needs to make a comprehensive and multiple evaluation and make a reasonable plan.The refinement and completion of the goal depends on the work efficiency of the employees.As a result,the employees are also faced with huge work pressure.Due to individual differences,employees will react differently when faced with stress.This article will focus on the mechanism of stress on employee burnout.Based on 599 valid questionnaires and using SPSS version 25,this paper uses job remodeling as a mediator variable and promotion opportunity perception as a moderator variable to explore the impact mechanism of challenging-obstructive stress on employee job burnout.The following conclusions are drawn from empirical analysis:(1)Obstructive stress has a significant positive impact on job burnout;both challenging stress and obstructive stress have a positive effect on emotional exhaustion and cynicism in job burnout;employees’ sense of achievement increases with challenge.increases with increasing pressure and decreases with increasing obstructive pressure.(2)Job remodeling plays a mediating role between the two types of stress and job burnout.(3)Perception of promotion opportunity positively moderates the relationship between challenging pressure and job remodeling.(4)At the same time,the study found that differences in gender,age group,working years and educational level will also affect each variable.In terms of gender: male employees have higher levels of obstructive stress,challenging stress,job burnout,and job reshaping;the older they are,the higher the degree of job reshaping;working years are positively correlated with job reshaping relationship;undergraduate education level has the highest job burnout.On the basis of the above research conclusions,this paper puts forward suggestions for relevant enterprises to optimize the recruitment mechanism,advocate new and old assistance,clarify promotion channels,and help undergraduate employees to plan their careers scientifically.Dimension to make optimization adjustments. |
