Teacher Burnout is an extreme response to work pressure and an exhausted state in the emotion, attitude and action. It embodies emotional exhaustion, depersonalization, and reduced personal accomplishment. Secondary school teachers are the most likely to burnout because of particularity. What they "serve" are young boys and girls who are developing their worldview and values but their psychological developments have great uncertainty. Meantime, with the increasing integration of multicultural world and its impact on Chinese traditional culture, individual differences in adolescents are growing so the teachers who give knowledge face with higher requirements undoubtedly. Since secondary school teachers have the responsibility of bringing up the national next generation and they are in the pressure to have the students to enter higher school, their job has been high-intensity and high-pressure. Because of their responsibility, they are the key to Chinese education. Therefore, it cannot be ignored about secondary school teachers 'burnout and it is an important problem to be settled. Many scholars pay attention to the research about that problem, but there are two problems: one is lack of research that use local measurement tools;the other is no coordination between theoretical study and empirical research, some of which has stronger theoretical foundation but weaker empirical research, conversely, some of which has stronger empirical research but weaker theoretical foundation.Objections: Based on JD-R theory, classifying the antecedents of burnoutinto two categories: job resources perception and job demands perception;Establish questionnaires on secondary school teachers' job resource perception and job demand perception;investigate the job resource perception, job demand perception and use a questionnaire of local secondary school teachers' burnout to investigate condition of teachers 'burnout. Finally, explore the relationship of job resources perception, job demands perception and job burnout.Methods: Establish " questionnaire on secondary school teachers job demands perception " and "questionnaire on secondary school teachers job resources perception " based on the interview and literature analysis;investigating the condition of job demands perception, job resources perception and burnout;on statistically technique ,using CFA to confirm the questionnaires of secondary school teachers' burnout;using SEM to establish relation model of the job demands perception , job resources perception and burnout.Results: Secondary school teachers'job demands perception is primarily related to the energy exhaustion of burnout, whereas job resources perception is anti-related to the emotion exhaustion and reduced personal accomplishment.
