Research On The Involvement Of Video Voice Group Work In The Improvement Of Professional Efficacy Of Rural Social Workers

Higher professional efficacy can not only promote personal work efficiency and work enthusiasm,but also realize the healthy and stable development of the organization.However,at this stage,China’s rural social work is facing the practical dilemma of strong dependence on resources,low recognition of villagers and low professionalism,which not only hinders the operation and development of rural social work organizations,but also leads to the lack of problem-solving ability and confidence of rural social workers in the process of professional service,resulting in the reduction of work efficiency.Therefore,the promotion of rural social workers’ professional efficacy should become an important part of the development process of social work.Through the questionnaire survey,this study found that the professional efficacy of rural social workers in institution C was low.The semi-structured interview method was used to analyze the causes of this problem.Based on the analysis results,guided by the theory of functional efficacy,this study focuses on the four sources of occupational efficacy information: "personal direct experience","alternative experience","verbal persuasion and encouragement" and "behavior related physical and mental state",and designs group activities in combination with the unique problem expression forms and discussion links in the image phonation method,Help rural social workers clarify the structural and non structural problems that lead to their low professional efficiency,encourage team members to put forward their own suggestions and views on structural problems in group discussion,and urge team members to clarify their views on some problems.At the same time,the team members are encouraged to learn from each other,exchange work experience,vent negative emotions,enhance positive emotions and obtain emotional support.After the end of the group,according to the pre-test and post test occupational efficacy scale of the group,the results show that the average occupational efficacy of the group members has increased from 2.2 to 2.9,and the occupational efficacy of each group member has been improved to a certain extent.Therefore,it is feasible and effective to combine the intervention research on the improvement of professional efficacy of rural social workers with image phonation.However,there are still many problems worthy of reflection on the scientific setting of the image voice group,the sustainability of "voice" for social workers and the integrity of the operation procedure of this method,which is also one of the directions of relevant research in the future.
