| China’s social work has experienced nearly 40 years of development,and it has become an important part of my country’s social service system and social governance system.In the process of rapid development of social work in China,professional issues have always plagued people in the theoretical and practical circles.Facing the doubts about the professionalism of social work in the industry and outside the industry,Chinese scholars have done a lot of research,but most of them are studying the professional issues of social work in China from the macro or meso level.This study will take the daily social work project of Y agency in Jiangjin District,Chongqing City as an example to study the professional issues of frontline social workers.This research mainly adopts the research methods of participatory observation and unstructured interviews,and analyzes the first-hand data obtained from participatory observation and unstructured interviews,and studies the professional issues of frontline social workers from the micro-practice level.This paper conducts participatory observation and research on the daily projects of front-line social workers.At the same time,it uses the unstructured interview method to interview 7front-line social workers,focusing on the three aspects of the practical process,value concept and role substitution of front-line social workers.The analysis of the professional problems in each aspect revealed that the front-line social workers had professional problems such as "alienation" of professional services,lack of professional ideas,and distortion of professional roles.The study found that the professional problems of front-line social workers in the development of daily projects are mainly caused by three factors: front-line social workers,social work organizations,and social work project communities.The main reasons for front-line social workers are lack of professional knowledge,lack of professionalism,lack of professional reflection awareness,unclear scope of work,formalized professional actions,etc.;the main reasons for social work organizations are the institutionalization of social work organizations,the indicatorization of community projects,Professional authority is transferred to administrative authority,etc.The main reason for the community aspect of social work projects is that the community’s administrative power interferes with professional actions,the intersection of administrative work and professional services,and the thinking of administrative work affects the professional concepts of front-line social workers.These reasons directly or indirectly lead to the professionalism of front-line social workers in the development of daily projects,and bring huge challenges to the formation and improvement of the professionalism of front-line social workers,which makes the majority of service targets lack a sense of gain in the process of receiving services.,Security and happiness,which in turn affect the social reputation and career development of social work.Based on this,this article is based on the research and analysis of the professional problems and their causes in three aspects: the "alienation" of professional services,the lack of professional ideas,and the distortion of professional roles in the daily project development of front-line social workers.The four aspects of development,government promotion and guarantee,and social acceptance and coordination put forward countermeasures and suggestions to improve the professionalism of social work practice. |
