| "To realize the modernization of education,the essence of education is to promote the development of people." This does not only reflect the overall goal of realizing the modernization of education by 2035,but also the development direction of school sports in the future.This paper is based on the background of the development of education modernization,using the literature method,Delphi method,analytic hierarchy process,mathematical statistics,fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method,based on humanistic theory and resource allocation theory.Through combing the relevant materials of junior middle school physical education modernization development and combining with the research literature related to this paper,Nvivo12 software is used to preliminarily screen out the evaluation indicators,and then through the Delphi method for three rounds of modification and improvement.The evaluation index system of junior middle school physical education modernization is constructed,and each index is weighted by analytic hierarchy process.Finally,the evaluation index system constructed by 4 first-level indexes,8 second-level indexes and 20 third-level indexes is concluded.Through the study on the evaluation index system of junior middle school physical education modernization,this paper mainly draws the following conclusions:(1)Through Delphi method,four first-level indicators are extracted,including sports resources,students’ sports foundation,sports management and sports education level.Eight secondary indicators: Sports financial resources,sports human resources,sports activities,students’ physical quality,sports system management,sports teaching management,sports teaching level,sports information level,The three levels of indicators include 20 indicators,such as the proportion of sports funds invested in junior middle schools in Lebo County,the area of sports field per student,the ratio of PE teachers to students,the resources of PE teachers in Lebo County,the qualified rate of physique monitoring in junior middle schools in Lebo County,the number and utilization rate of PE teaching network platforms.(2)Using the analytic hierarchy Process(AHP)to calculate the weight of the evaluation index of sports modernization of junior middle schools in Leibo County,including the weight of the first-level index: A2 students’ sports foundation 0.2737 > A4 sports education level 0.2588 > A1 sports resources 0.2395 > A3 sports management 0.2280.Weight of secondary indicators :M3 sports activity 0.1407 > M8 Sports informatization level 0.1351 > M4 students’ physical quality 0.1328 > M1 sports funding resource0.1258 > M7 Sports teaching level 0.1226 > M5 sports system management 0.1180 >M2 sports human resource 0.1138 > M6 Sports education management 0.1112.Weight of level 3 indicators :X8 students’ participation in extracurricular sports activities0.0576 > X9 Leibo County junior high school students passing rate of physical examination 0.0559 > X20 Number and utilization rate of sports teaching network platform 0.0550 > X7 School sports development rate/year 0.0544=X11 policy document implementation degree 0.0544=X19 school sports letter 0.0544 > X12 Education supervision and evaluation system development and management 0.0528 >X10 Leibo County junior high school students physical fitness up to the standard0.0523 > X3 junior high school sports venues and equipment up to the standard0.0514 > X18 students’ sports skills level 0.0502 > X2 average sports venue area0.0500 > X 1 Proportion of sports funds invested in junior middle schools in Leibo County 0.0487 > X4 Resources of SPORTS teachers in Leibo County 0.0477 > X13 management of sports activity system 0.0475= pass rate of X17 final physical examination 0.0475 > X5 ratio of the number of sports teachers to students 0.0453 >degree of standardization of X15 sports teaching documents 0.0433 > X16 Leibo County junior high school sports teaching and research activities 0.0432 > X6 sports reserve talent delivery rate/year 0.0442=X14 sports classroom routine 0.0442.(3)Using fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method,the evaluation index system of junior middle school physical education modernization is verified.The score of the evaluation index system is 80.0098.According to the principle of membership,the best membership score is 0.7417,so a set of more scientific and reliable evaluation index system is constructed.(4)verified to be scientific and reliable middle school sports modernization evaluation index system used in leibo county,leibo county secondary school sports modernization development degree for the empirical analysis and evaluation,finally calculate the leibo county middle school sports modernization of score is 0.661,which can be seen,leibo county junior high school physical education modernization level is below average level. |
