| In order to realize the development goal of promoting the modernization of compulsory education and striving to implement the modernization of education put forward in "China's education modernization 2035".To construct the evaluation index system of primary school physical education modernization in County,this paper adopts Delphi method,fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method,mathematical statistics method and other research methods,designs the empirical research questionnaire,and evaluates the development level of primary school physical education modernization in Shandong Province.The conclusions are as follows:Firstly,in order to construct the evaluation index system of the modernization of primary school physical education in the county,two first level indexes of hardware system and software system are extracted by Delphi method,and eight second level indexes,including sports funds,sports facilities,sports teams,sports activities,sports management,students' physique,teaching effect and sports informatization are extracted,among which the third level indexes include the investment ratio of primary school education funds in the county,the primary school sports funding ratio,(school average)annual sports consumption(yuan),county primary school per capita sports funding(yuan),the number of county venues,the per capita occupancy of student venues...County network sports education platform number,a total of 27 three-level indicators.Secondly,AHP is used to calculate the weight of the evaluation index system of primary school physical education modernization.The first level index A1 hardware system(0.5)= A2 software system(0.5),The weight of the secondary indicators are:B6 students' physique(0.3750)= B7 teaching effect(0.3750)> B3 sports team(0.3560)> B4 sports activities(0.0.2853)> B1 sports funds(0.1997)> B2 sports facilities(0.1590)> B5 Sports Management(0.1250)= B8 sports information(0.1250).The weight of the three indicators are: C25 motor skills(0.6666)> C22 County Primary School Students' physical health qualified rate(0.5000)= C23 County Primary School Students' physical health excellent rate(0.5000)= C26 county information construction funds(0.5000)= C27 county network physical education platform number(0.5000)>...> C13 County indirect physical education staff The attendance rate was 0.0857.Thirdly,fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method is used to verify the evaluation index system of primary school physical education modernization.The results show that the average score of the index system in weight is 79.8573,the membership degree of the excellent score is 0.7171,the good score is 0.1931,the middle score is0.0899,and the poor score is 0.According to the maximum membership principle,the index system constructed in this paper is proved to be scientific and reliable.Forthly,according to the evaluation index system of primary school physical education modernization in County,the paper formulates the evaluation questionnaire of primary school physical education modernization development level,and determines the scoring calculation method and evaluation standard of primary school physical education modernization development level.Fifly,the results show that the hardware system score is 0.7652,and the software system score is 0.7061,which is in the middle-upper level.0.7429 points for sports funds,0.7229 for sports facilities,0.7826 for sports teams,0.7829 for sports activities,0.7332 for teaching effect and 0.7750 for teaching informatization,which are in the middle and upper level;8015 points is in a higher level;0.6250 points is in the general level.The final score of the modernization of primary school physical education in Shizhong District is 0.7357,so the development level of the modernization of primary school physical education is above the middle level.Lastly,through index evaluation and empirical research,it is proved that the evaluation index system of primary school physical education modernization is operable and measurable. |
