Professional Standards for Kindergarten Teachers put forward corresponding professional requirements for teachers’ ability to plan educational activities,emphasizing teachers’ planning and implementation of educational activities.The Guide points out that nursery rhymes should be taught to young children.The content is easy to understand and the rhythm is catchy,which is of great significance to children’s all-round development.In this study,28 preschool teachers were selected as research objects,and 6 teachers were randomly selected as interview objects.By using interview method,comparative method and text analysis method,the collected 28 children’s song teaching activity design texts and children’s song teaching interview contents were compared and analyzed from six dimensions:activity target,activity preparation,activity content,activity process,activity measures and activity evaluation.It is found that there are some similarities between the two types of teachers in the design of children’s songs teaching activities,but there are differences in many aspects.Based on this,this paper discusses the causes behind their similarities and differences,and finds that there are some problems,such as novice teachers’ lack of professional development ability,teaching reflection ability to be improved,lack of nursery rhymes teaching experience,focus on "how to teach",lack of novelty in nursery rhymes teaching activities design of skilled teachers,lack of professional development motivation and so on.Aiming at the existing problems,this paper puts forward that novice teachers should pay attention to the root of survival anxiety and improve their professional development ability from the perspectives of novice teachers and skilled teachers.Carry out teaching reflection and constantly adjust the children’s song teaching activity plan;Learn from the experience and skills of skilled teachers,and pay attention to teaching practice training;Understand children’s learning state,design children’s songs teaching activities in a targeted manner and master teachers constantly update children’s songs teaching activities design to meet new teaching needs;Get rid of experience stereotypes,cultivate innovative ability,and make progress towards expert teachers. |
