| Subject teaching knowledge is an important part of teachers’ professional knowledge,and in the context of the country and society’s increasing attention to the development of preschool education,whether teachers have knowledge and skills can be transformed into knowledge that children understand in a suitable way has become the focus of attention.Subject teaching knowledge is the unique knowledge of teachers that distinguishes them from other professions,and it is also a key factor in the gradual development of novice teachers into skilled teachers.The research of music subject teaching knowledge is to explore the subject teaching knowledge level of preschool teachers from the perspective of music discipline.so this study takes kindergarten novices and skilled teachers as the research object,compares the differences between novice and shilled teachers in the teaching knowledge of music subjects,explores the reasons for the differences and makes corresponding suggestions.Based on the existing research,this study uses questionnaire survey method,interview method and comparative analysis method to compare and analyze the differences between young child novice teachers and skilled teachers from three aspects:music subject knowledge,knowledge about young children and music teaching knowledge.The research analysis found that the overall level of teaching knowledge of music disciplines for novice teachers is general level,and the overall level of teaching knowledge of music disciplines for skilled teachers is excellent.There are significant differences in the overall level and its constituent elements.Through further analysis of the specific differences between each dimension,it is found that there are differences between novice teachers and skilled teachers in arranging music content according to children’s experience,the connection between music teaching situations and children’s daily life,children’s interaction and difficulties in music activities,children’s learning opportunities in music activities,arrangements during activities,teaching methods used,selection of activity materials and setting of activity links,and the level of skilled teachers is better than that of novice teachers.Then,through interviews with two novice teachers and two skilled teachers,it was further found that the level of teaching knowledge of music subjects of novice teachers was inferior to that of skilled teachers.Finally,according to the research results,corresponding suggestions were made for the two groups of teachers. |
