| With the rapid development of economy and society and the continuous advancement of urbanization, great changes have taken place in China’s family structure. The specific manifestations are as follows: more and more parents choose to go out to work in order to seek higher economic returns, and more and more left behind children;Individual thinking has changed, the divorce rate has continued to rise, and the number of single parent families has gradually increased. The change of family structure leads to the lack of parental companionship in the growth process of such teenagers, which has brought many adverse effects to the growth of teenagers under the action of many factors, especially in education. In view of this, this paper discusses the different effects of different family structures on the development of youth education,as well as the impact of the change of family structure on the development of youth education, and then puts forward relevant countermeasures and suggestions. In order to reduce the negative impact of family structure defects on rural youth education, and provide theoretical reference for further improving rural youth education policy. On the basis of previous studies, based on case studies and combined with the data of China Education Panel Survey. This paper makes an empirical study on the relationship and influence mechanism between the change of family structure and the development of youth education. The study found that: first, the family structure has an impact on rural youth education through the family environment. The defective family is more complete than the two parents. The economic conditions are difficult to meet the needs of youth education development. The low educational level of parents and the backward educational concept will have a negative impact on the development of youth education.Second,it is easy for parents to ignore the emotional needs of teenagers when they go out to work, which can easily lead to psychological problems, school weariness and hinder their educational development.Third, with the divorce of parents and the change of family environment, teenagers may lack a sense of security and feel lost.In the process of seeking psychological comfort, they are easy to go astray, especially boys, who are more vulnerable to influence, which is detrimental to their educational development. However,if parents still participate in youth education together after divorce, providing them with family network support is conducive to the personal development of their children.Fourth, the family fragmentation caused by widowhood is easy to bring a major blow to teenagers, lack of parental care, teenagers are prone to rebellious psychology, affect their healthy growth and reduce their educational development level. Finally, according to the research results, this paper puts forward countermeasures and suggestions to solve the problems existing in the development of rural youth education from the three levels of government, school and family.First,at the family level,we should ensure the stability of family functions.Parents should improve their awareness, clarify family education responsibilities, enhance parent-child communication, and stabilize the emotional relationship with their children.Parents who go out to work should adjust their way of going out, reduce the negative impact of changes in family structure on their children, and provide a good family environment for the educational development of rural teenagers;Second,at the school level,we should make up for the lack of family function, standardize home school communication, provide extracurricular guidance, improve boarding schools and promote the healthy growth of rural teenagers;Three, the government should protect the family function, reform the registered residence system, eliminate barriers, develop characteristic industries, encourage employment in the countryside, improve laws and regulations, protect the rights and interests of underage children, and provide policy and institutional guarantee for the development of youth education. |
