Social equity is an important guarantee for social harmony, and at the same time ,Education fair is an important aspect of social equity. Combine with the social function of education itself, education fair is a basic measure to improve the overall quality of society, an important means of achieving social harmony and sustainable development and also an important guarantee for the healthy functioning of modern society. For the basic problems about education, scholars have done a lot of study both in the eastern and western countries, what they do have set the basic concept of fair in educational area, and have important guidance for the building of fair and reasonable mechanism for the education. However, for various reasons, education inequalities are exist in all countries, and therefore studying these phenomena, as well as the root causes of them in the arm to improve and improve education is one of the key topics about education. Our country is faced with the same problems. And compared with other countries, there are special reasons for these phenomena. So to realize the education fair in our country, we should study the conditions that needed in the process of realization of education fair. By comparing and analyzing, we can fond the institutional reasons for the education inequalities and try to bring forward some constructive comments about how to use and distribute the educational resources and to realize education rights and interests of individual citizens.
