The combination of education and productive labor is an educational policy that our country has adhered to for a long time,and it is an important part of socialist education.The contents and methods of labor in the current society are undergoing earth-shaking changes,which puts forward new requirements and challenges for workers in the new era.In order to meet this challenge and train high-quality labor talents,the CPC Central Committee and the State Council issued the opinions on comprehensively strengthening Labor Education in Universities,Primary and Middle Schools in the New era in March 2020.it is pointed out that the labor education system in the new era should fully reflect the characteristics of the times.therefore,schools of all levels and types should accurately grasp the overall goal and basic connotation of labor education and offer compulsory courses of labor education according to the characteristics of the school section.At the same time,combine the professional characteristics of different disciplines to integrate the content of labor education into other courses.After the introduction of the policy,universities,primary and secondary schools have responded positively to the call to set up labor education courses,and attach great importance to the important role of labor education courses in personnel training.As the last educational stage of labor education curriculum,colleges and universities play an important role,but at present,there are still many problems in labor education curriculum in colleges and universities,and a scientific and complete curriculum system has not been formed.there is an urgent need for us to speed up the pace of research and reform in order to better play the leading and exemplary role of colleges and universities.Based on this,this study combs the relevant research results of labor education thought and labor education curriculum at home and abroad,summarizes the implementation of the curriculum and its influencing factors,and defines the related concepts of labor education and labor education curriculum.On the basis of theoretical analysis,questionnaires and interviews are carried out among teachers and students of three universities in Shaanxi Province,and an in-depth understanding of the current situation of labor education curriculum implementation is carried out from three aspects: curriculum understanding,curriculum implementation and curriculum security,and the differences of demographic variables are analyzed in order to understand whether there are differences and specific manifestations of differences among different teachers and students in all aspects of labor education curriculum.Through the investigation,it is found that there are some problems in the curriculum of labor education in colleges and universities,such as vague understanding of curriculum,formalization of curriculum implementation and absence of curriculum guarantee.According to the above contents,the researchers put forward some countermeasures and suggestions for the implementation of labor education curriculum in colleges and universities in the new era: the first is to improve the understanding of labor education curriculum,the second is to optimize curriculum implementation and arrangement,the third is to improve the assessment and evaluation mechanism,the fourth is to deepen the construction of teachers,the fifth is to develop and utilize curriculum resources inside and outside the school.So as to provide reference for the implementation and further improvement of labor education curriculum in colleges and universities in the new era.
