Study On Food Safety Supervision Of University Canteens

As a major place for students to study and live,food safety in college cafeterias is not only about the health and safety of students and teachers,but also about the stability of the society,which is one of the areas that governments at all levels attach great importance to and the public is concerned about.High school cafeterias are a high-risk location for food safety accidents due to the large number of one-time diners,small dining space,and concentrated student dining hours.If colleges and universities ignore food safety and do not strictly manage the whole process of food processing and production,there are major food safety hazards in which food safety accidents are very likely to occur.The research object of this paper is each college cafeteria in Anyang City.The research methods of literature research method,questionnaire survey method,interview survey method and systematic analysis method are used to study and analyze the basic situation,achievement,problems,causes and countermeasures of food safety supervision of higher school cafeteria in Anyang City.At present,the effectiveness of food safety in college cafeterias in Anyang City includes the legalization of food safety supervision,formation of supervisory institutions and teams,daily supervision and inspection work on track,"Internet +bright kitchen" and "6S" management,etc.The problems facing supervision include the lack of implementation of food safety management system,formalization of supervision,few food safety publicity and education activities,and low food safety level of practitioners.Finally,this paper makes suggestions on how to improve the level of food safety supervision in college cafeterias in Anyang from four aspects:government,school,society,and "Internet + big data" intelligent supervision,including promoting system construction,improving the responsibility of college food safety management,carrying out various forms of food safety publicity and education activities,introducing rapid testing technology,and playing the role of media publicity and supervision.Through the joint action of the government,universities and the whole society,with the help of advanced technology,the level of food safety supervision in school canteens in Anyang City can be further improved and a food safety supervision system with strong social applicability in college canteens can be gradually established.
