| Under the influence of the 18 th National Congress of the Communist Party of China and a series of conferences,in order to make up for the shortcomings of education and realize social justice and equality,the state has guaranteed the right to education and education level of mentally disabled groups by preparing and carrying out special education promotion plans.Two special education promotion plan of the implementation of the rapid development of education,not only promoted the fusion and integration in the west education concepts,patterns,and social work philosophy and methods,under the introduction and application of the country and the government,disabled consciousness awakening and practice in our country gradually find a “achievement disabled children’s best yourself” the road to the fusion of the localization of education.As the main body of the integration of the road-mental disorders service organizations,shoulder important missions and responsibilities,but also face many problems and challenges.Through preliminary questionnaire survey and statistical analysis,this study has a preliminary understanding of the employees in L and H institutions in Xi’an city and their views on integrated education.Using two internships go deep into the study sites combined with social integration theory,theory of social support and social work interviews,case company and field observation of professional skills,understand the agency fusion,community integration and social integration in school development course and present situation of the three aspects,summary analysis of the problems existing in the education process in fusion,in other words,the school integration is not accepted or even rejected by teachers,parents and students in general schools.The high expectation of parents of students with mental disabilities leads to indirect interruption of services,and the professional quality and ability of front-line teachers are weak.In terms of community integration,it is difficult to realize the “normal” community life;practice outside is faced with multiple obstacles;healing classes and performances tend to be individualized and cannot cover all of them;community activities tend to be formalized and charity sales are priced too high;In terms of social integration,the implementation and management of projects or activities are maladjusted,ineffective communication events occur frequently,the “solidification” of brand activities is obvious,lack of innovation and attraction,the connection between support networks is purposeful and too loose,and the support effect of integrated employment is not obvious.Form the perspective of social work,some suggestions are put forward: First,strengthen the construction of laws and regulations related to integrated education;The second is to perfect the institutionalized construction of school admission,establish evaluation system and standardized certification system;Third,to improve the special education teachers’ awareness and initiative of integrated education;Fourth,improve the internal management mechanism of the organization;Fifth,the adjustment and enrichment of the content of integrated education services;Sixth,to further strengthen the support system of mental disorders service institutions,in order to benefit more people with mental disabilities.In addition,the research on the process of integrated education in service institution for mental disorders can not only enrich the research content of social work in this field,but also provide corresponding reference value and examples for peer institutions. |
