| In the context of the new era,General Secretary Xi Jinping proposed to promote the construction of a new liberal arts,which implies the need to innovate the paradigm of humanities and social sciences research,the basic path of which is to build out the discipline system,academic system and discourse system of philosophy and social sciences with Chinese characteristics under the guidance of Marxism,while the mode of knowledge production needs to be changed so as to cultivate composite and innovative talents that meet the requirements of modernization of socialism with Chinese characteristics.For humanities scholars,as digital resources and technologies are being widely used in the field of humanities and social sciences and the development needs of the construction of new liberal arts,how to use digital technologies to solve problems in the field of humanities,that is to say the problem of interdisciplinary digital humanities research,has become an urgent problem in the field of digital humanities.Therefore,this study hopes to help humanities scholars integrate into the development trend of the new liberal arts era and promote the development of the humanities by constructing an index system for evaluating the digital academic competence of humanities scholars.This study mainly uses literature research method,Delphi method,survey research method and hierarchical analysis method to construct an evaluation index system of digital academic competence for humanities scholars.The main research ideas: firstly,the author conducts literature research on relevant materials about the new liberal arts,digital literacy,digital humanities and academic competence,and defines the concept of digital academic competence.Secondly,based on the key competency theory and European Digital Competence Framework for Citizens,and combined with the analysis of the characteristics and research framework of digital humanities projects,the framework of digital academic competency evaluation index system for humanities scholars was initially constructed.Once again,the evaluation indicators were revised through two rounds of expert consultation and combined with expert opinions.Then,the index weights were constructed using the hierarchical analysis method,and finally the evaluation index system of digital academic competence of humanities scholars was constructed.Finally,suggestions are given for humanities scholars to improve their digital academic competence by combining literature research and survey research.The main research result of this study is to construct an index system for evaluating the digital scholarly competence of humanities scholars.The final version of this index system consists of three primary indicators,such as digital scholarly basic competence,digital technology problem-solving competence and digital scholarly enhancement competence,10 secondary indicators,such as digital information acquisition competence,research method design competence,digital technology updating competence,and information source selection competence,digital information quality screening competence,There are 34 three-level indicators,including the ability to select information sources,the ability to identify digital information quality,the ability to mark digital information,the ability to integrate digital humanistic concepts,and the ability to recognize digital technology tools.Among them,digital technology problemsolving ability has the greatest weight among the first-level indicators,and it is necessary to focus on cultivating this ability to improve the digital academic competence of humanities scholars. |
