| As the epidemic continues to rebound, localities are stepping up prevention and control measures, with home isolation and closed management of people in medium to high risk areas becoming a regular means of epidemic prevention. Some studies have shown that the proportion of home isolates who experience anxiety, fear, depression and other negative emotions is much higher than that of non-home isolates.Social workers provide psychological crisis intervention services to home isolates, which is necessary to maintain public mental health,as well as to preserve social mentality and social emotions and stabilise the overall social situation. As home isolated persons do not communicate well with the outside world under tight control,it is difficult for them to receive timely attention and intervention from the outside world, making self-intervention the first choice for home isolated persons to release their negative emotions and restore their physical and mental balance. At the same time, the professional mission of social work determines the role of social workers in the management of the Newcastle pneumonia epidemic, such as dealing with post-disaster stress disorder and providing emotional support."Music for self-healing" is an easy and safe way for isolated people at home to regulate themselves, and for social workers,it is a way to help people help themselves in crisis intervention.Crisis intervention is a technique of psychological counselling and treatment, while music therapy is a psychotherapeutic method using music as a means. Both of them are based on psychotherapeutic theory and have a high degree of compatibility in terms of the role, purpose and philosophy of treatment, which is the theoretical basis for the application of music therapy to crisis intervention.Based on theories related to psychotherapy, scientific evidence and philosophical reflection on the existence of an innate and biological relationship between music and the human body, and the fact that the ontology of music is fundamental to the functioning of music therapy, this paper proposes the concept of "music self-healing".On the basis of music psychology, the method of "music self-healing" is refined by referring to the basic listening method in music therapy and traditional psychotherapy techniques of mind and body relaxation.Through case studies,we observe the process of self-healing and the improvement of emotional behaviour of the clients. This paper innovatively proposes the idea that music therapy is applicable to crisis intervention services, paving the way for musical intervention in self-intervention;innovatively proposes the concept of "music self-healing",expanding the definition of contemporary music therapy;innovatively proposes a framework of music self-healing for the selection of self-healing music and listening experience methods for different emotional problems, and conducts MusicThe research findings show that music self-healing can lead to the development of a new and more effective way of listening to music. The results of the study show that music self-therapy induces a Gestalt shift in the psychological phenomena of the client, resulting in a certain degree of improvement in the overall physical and mental state. At the same time, music self-therapy was not effective in changing certain psychological phenomena.Research has concluded that musical self-healing is a therapeutic model of self-psychological support.Although it is superficial in its psychological interventions. However,it has a wide audience,is safe and easy to use,and is particularly suitable for individuals who are not equipped to receive external intervention services. In disaster management, social workers guide and help clients with music self-healing,which is a practice of intervening in crisis intervention from a strengths perspective and promoting resilience,in line with the social work goal of helping people to help themselves. |
