The application of VR technology in sports is gradually becoming a new trend.In the postepidemic era,how to make VR technology more quickly and conveniently accepted and used by the public is a subject worthy of in-depth study.Based on the three characteristics of VR technology,which are "realistic,interactive and unlimited",VR technology can simulate real scenes,exercise users’ reaction ability and psychological quality,and users can freely choose angles to realize distance autonomous learning,which is particularly important for physical education teaching and training,especially in the Difficulty and beauty expressed event group that emphasize the sense of presence and technical details.This study takes the application of VR technology in aerobics teaching in colleges and universities as the research object,and the students in South China University of Technology as the investigation object.As the core of VR technology application research lies in personal experience and horizontal comparison,this study made VR version video based on traditional2 D aerobics teaching video content,and conducted a questionnaire survey after random interviewees experienced the two kinds of teaching videos.The design of this research questionnaire is based on the technology acceptance model,which constructs the theoretical model and research hypothesis of students’ acceptability of VR technology applied to aerobics teaching in colleges and universities.Based on the questionnaire data filled out by 198 students of South China University of Technology who personally experienced the traditional 2D and VR versions of aerobics teaching videos,the confirmatory factor analysis and path analysis are carried out with AMOS24.0 and SPSS25.0.Based on the test of the reliability and validity of the questionnaire,the influence relationship between each dimension is analyzed,and then the college students’ opinions on VR technology applied to aerobics teaching practice are obtained.Based on the theory of innovation diffusion,this paper analyzes the feasibility of applying VR technology to aerobics teaching in colleges and universities in terms of innovation attribute,diffusion stage and dilemma,and puts forward relevant countermeasures.It will provide a useful reference for the application research of VR technology in college physical education in the future.To sum up,the following conclusions are drawn: 1.College students have a high degree of acceptance of VR technology applied to aerobics teaching,and college students are likely to be early adopters of new technology diffusion before teachers.2.The application of VR technology in aerobics teaching in colleges and universities can make up for the deficiency of traditional teaching and optimize traditional teaching methods.3.At present,our country is in the initial stage of applying VR technology to aerobics teaching in colleges and universities,and it is transitioning from "problem setting" stage to "reorganization" stage.The digital development of sports teaching of Difficulty and beauty expressed event group is imminent,and virtual reality technology will optimize the diversified development of online sports teaching.4.Overcoming the cognitive dilemma is the key factor for the healthy development of the application of VR technology in aerobics teaching in colleges and universities in China at present;In the future,"the usefulness of learning content and technical upgrading are affected by insufficient fund raising" and other factors are important factors for the healthy development of VR technology in aerobics teaching.
