Objective: This study combines virtual reality technology with taekwondo training by analyzing the characteristics of virtual reality technology and taekwondo sports.The influence of virtual reality assisted training method in taekwondo training is explored through experiments.Method:This paper mainly uses literature method,questionnaire survey method,expert interview method,teaching experiment method and mathematical statistics method.This paper studies the application effect of virtual reality technology in taekwondo special training in colleges and universities,and verifies the influence of virtual reality technology assisted teaching on taekwondo special training by experimental method.The experiment was rationalized for 8weeks.Before the experiment,male and female students were tested for homogeneity.The age and body shape(height and weight)and basic physical quality(50m running seat forward flexion standing long jump)of the students were measured and tested.Within the range of individual differences,the indexes of the experimental group boys and the control group girls were basically the same.One week after the experiment,the two groups of students were tested for taekwondo training content,and the special physical quality and physical quality were tested.The feasibility of applying virtual reality technology in taekwondo training in colleges and universities was demonstrated by comparing the experimental group and the control group within and between groups.In order to provide a feasible reference for the future research and application of virtual reality technology combined with physical training teaching(combat training group teaching).Result:(1)Before the experiment,the body shape and physical quality of the two groups were tested for homogeneity,and the results showed that there was no significant difference in the body shape and physical quality of the two groups.After 8 weeks of training,the experimental results(P>0.05)proved that virtual reality technology-assisted teaching had no significant difference in the physical quality of students compared with conventional teaching.(2)After 8 weeks of virtual reality assisted teaching intervention,virtual reality assisted teaching can effectively improve the performance of double flying kick in Taekwondo special quality(P < 0.01);Although the scores of high kick were improved,there was no significant difference compared with those of conventional teaching mode(P > 0.05).(3)After eight weeks of virtual reality technology assisted teaching intervention after comparing two kinds of teaching mode test scores on special technology,it is concluded that the virtual reality technology to the student learning,after be kicked across 360 ° and goods with the help of a significant potential(P < 0.01),including virtual reality technology in terms of product potential auxiliary teaching effect of girls better than boys,It is feasible to use virtual reality technology in taekwondo auxiliary teaching.Conclusion:(1)Virtual reality technology assisted teaching can effectively improve taekwondo special quality and ability,and the effect is obviously better than conventional teaching,and the impact on the double flying kick is the most obvious.(2)Virtual reality technology assisted teaching can effectively improve taekwondo special technology,which has a significant effect on improving the quality of girls.(3)Through the questionnaire survey,it is concluded that virtual reality technology-assisted teaching can fully mobilize students’ interest and enthusiasm in learning,increase the density of practice and improve learning efficiency.(4)Virtual reality technology assisted teaching can make students to learn passive into active,develop self-confidence and independent learning ability.
