The Living Quality Investigation And The Physical Exercise Intervention Study Of The Town Empty Nester

Empty nest family refers to those who have no children or those whose children leave them alone when they grow up. With the implement of the"one child"policy,the first part of single child enters into their middle age. At the same time, the birth rate and death rate decrease rapidly and more and more empty nest families have drawn the attention of the whole society. Local government takes various measures. They hope to improve empty nest family's living standard by supplying suitable material life,building up consummate medical service system and increasing their income. However,only by promoting the material living conditions of the old cannot solve the problems they are facing now.These surveys take those who are 60years old living in the Yu-ting Town, Yu-gan County,Jiangxi province as research object. We choose 585 samples as research object in 13 residents'committee in Yu-ting town. The survey aims at comparing the living quality between empty-nest family and non empty-nest family and systematically analyses the living conditions of them and mainly talk about the detailed elements that affect their living quality. The survey indicates as follows:1. No matter they are empty nest family or not,the old in the cities have a unsatisfactory score in the body function, psychological function,social function and living quality. But comparing with non empty nest family,empty nest family has a lower score. The two parts of people have a distinctive difference in all lines of scores.2. Comparing with non empty nest family,empty nest family dose not have a good living quality. Things are quite different among different empty nest families. Sex,age,their professions before retiring and their educational degree have a distinctive effect on their living standard.3. From every aspect of function and relevant structure of their living quality,social function and psychological function have a larger effect on their living conditions. Through the survey, the conditions of their social and psychological function have a more significant influence on the improvement of the old. So the survey will choose the people to be investigated,according to the psychological function and social function.Through the survey we can see that the conditions of the social and psychological function have a more significant influence on the living quality. So the research will choose the people to be investigated according to the scores of social and psychological function. We will intervene the people to be investigated 2times per week for 8weeks,using the method of measurement to discuss the effect of physical exercises to the empty nest family. The research will use SPSS13.0 to add up the figures. The results are as follows.4. After the exercise,empty nest family has a higher living quality score. At the same time, the scores in body octal function have a obvious difference than ever before. (P<0.01)5. As for the elements that affect the living quality of the empty nest family,such as,sex,age,profession and education,they also have practical influence on the effect of the exercise. With the variation of these elements, the effect of the exercise changes.The results indicate that during the process of improving the odd's living standard,we need to continuously promote their material living conditions. And the most important thing is to improve their inner quality,cultivate the right attitude,promote their living quality through exercises in order to make they live a happy healthy life when they are old.
