| The government statistic is a very important part of government management,The government statistics department is responsible for providing statistical data to the society,Government statistics is a true reflection of the current state of national economic and social development,it is also the basis for our country and local governments to formulate social and economic policies,It affects the investment direction of enterprises and individuals,and also affects the real validity of scientific research.With the development of economic globalization,people pay more and more attention to the statistic data,which also puts forward higher requirements for government statistics department.At present,there are endless cases of fraudulent statistical data published in China,which made the Chinese government’s statistical data has insufficient credibility at abroad.There are many areas that need to be improved and optimized in traditional government statistical work methods and statistical data quality management.As a representative first-tier city in China,Guangzhou has the typical problems in statistical management work.This paper takes Guangzhou local government’s statistic data quality management as an example,conducts a detailed investigation and analysis on the current situation and existing problems of Guangzhou local government’s statistical data management by comprehensively collecting relevant data.By the method of questionnaire survey and based on the relevant theories of public management,deeply analyze the influencing factors that lead to these problems.Finally puts forward suggestions on improving the quality management of local government statistic data from management system,statistical laws and regulations,system and method of statistical investigation,statistic supervision an statistic base.Hoping the perspectives can provide some theoretical references.for improving the quality management of statistical data for local governments. |
