With the development of the Internet,the online sports and fitness market is rapidly saturated under the stimulation of various favorable conditions.In the fierce competition,the development potential of new users is reduced,while the existing users still have great development potential.It can effectively help sports and fitness apps improve the competitiveness of their products.This paper takes sports fitness app as the research object,and aims to study the main factors affecting the user behavior of sports fitness app under the guidance of the addiction model and related theories,and further propose the principles and strategies of optimal design.As a newly developed behavioral design theoretical model,the addiction model provides different perspectives for the study of user behavior;in addition,the application of the addiction model in the design of sports fitness apps is also a brand-new attempt,that is,it broadens the application of the addiction model.The scope also increases the optimization path of the sports fitness app.This research is based on the combination of theory and practice,qualitative and quantitative research methods,starting from the addiction model theory,trying to explore an optimal design path for sports fitness app,in order to achieve the purpose of improving user behavior.The article firstly introduces the theoretical basis and research object of the research,and summarizes the optimization design method and process based on the addiction model through the analysis of the relationship between behavioral design and addiction model.Then conduct questionnaire survey,user interview and hierarchical analysis on user behavior,and extract 3 core trigger factors that affect usage behavior: scene habits,personal interests and app prompts,3 core motivation factors: self-awareness,self-improvement,resources Acquisition,3 core competency factors: mental load,physical load,time load,3 core reward factors: prey reward,self reward,social reward,and 3 core input factors: storage investment,time investment,money put in.Finally,combined with the optimization design method and the core influencing factors of user behavior,the optimization design principles and strategies of sports fitness app are proposed,and keep is taken as an example to practice and test the optimization design strategy.Feasibility of optimal design strategies for sports fitness apps.In summary,the main achievement of this paper is to find a strategy to improve user behavior from a new research perspective,and to provide a feasible research process and method for the design of other types of platforms in the design field.
