In Taekwondo competition,hook kick technology has the advantages of fast speed,tricky angle and strong concealment,which often makes the opponent defenseless.With the use of electronic protective equipment,hook kick technique has become a high scoring technique.But the action of hook kick is complex and difficult.In order to score effectively in the game,we must fully understand the action structure of hook kick.In this paper,six Taekwondo Athletes in Shaanxi Province are selected as the experimental objects.Through the methods of literature,expert interview,experiment and mathematical statistics,the three-dimensional high-speed camera and electromyography synchronous research methods are used to analyze the movement of Taekwondo hook kick technology.In order to obtain the time,joint angle,joint point speed,center of gravity and other kinematic data,as well as the biological data of muscle force sequence and integral EMG value,so as to reveal the movement characteristics of hook kick technology and provide theoretical reference for the study of hook kick technology.The results show that:(1)In the process of the hook kick technique,the complete movement time is1.536 ? 0.157 s,the shortest in the knee lifting stage and the longest in the leg retraction stage;the hip joint speed of the swinging leg is always lower than that of the knee joint and ankle joint;the ankle joint point speed,knee joint point speed and hip joint point speed of the swinging leg reach the maximum peak value in the knee lifting stage,rather than in the kicking stage,and the swinging The greater the speed of hip joint point,the greater the speed of ankle joint;the biggest forward and backward movement of the body center of gravity,the smallest left and right movement range.(2)In the process of hook kick,the hip joint angle of the supporting leg continues to decrease,reaching the minimum value at the end of the kick stage,where the athlete has the largest backward inclination;the knee joint angle of the supporting leg decreases at the knee lifting stage,and increases at the kick stage until the end of the action;the ankle joint of the supporting leg is in a stable state at the starting and knee lifting stages,T4-T5 at the kick stage When the maximum value is reached in the time zone,the leg retraction phase decreases gradually.(3)The angle of the hip joint of the swinging leg decreased in the knee lifting stage,and began to increase in the kicking stage until the end of the leg retracting stage;the angle of the knee joint of the swinging leg decreased in the knee liftingstage,increased in the T3-T4 time zone of the kicking stage,decreased in the T4-T5 time zone of the kicking stage,and increased in the leg retracting stage;the angle of the ankle joint of the swinging leg slightly decreased in the knee lifting stage,and continued to increase in the kicking stage At the end point,the angle of ankle joint decreased.(4)The order of 10 muscles is:(1)biceps femoris of swinging leg,(2)semitendinosus of swinging leg,(3)gastrocnemius of swinging leg,(4)biceps femoris of supporting leg,(5)gastrocnemius of supporting leg,(6)tibialis anterior muscle of supporting leg,(7)rectus femoris of supporting leg,(8)rectus femoris of swinging leg,(9)latissimus femoris of swinging leg,(10)gluteus maximus of swinging leg;and we can know by comparing the i EMG value of 10 muscles The i EMG value of gastrocnemius muscle of swing leg was the highest,and that of latissimus muscle of swing leg was the second.Through the analysis of the above results,the following conclusions can be drawn:(1)When the athletes complete the hook kick technique,under the condition of maintaining the stability of the body’s center of gravity,improve the speed of hip rotation of the swinging leg and the speed of recovering the landing action,so as to complete the hook kick faster and more effectively.(2)The supporting leg can help the athletes to score effectively by leaning back the body center of gravity,straightening the knee joint and ankle joint and increasing the attack distance of hook kick technique.(3)The knee joint of swing leg flexes as much as possible to store a large amount of elastic potential energy in the knee lifting stage.The full extension of hip joint and ankle joint of swing leg can effectively increase the kick distance and kick effect;(4)The correct order of muscle force is an important factor to improve the efficiency of muscle work,and also an important guarantee to improve joint speed.Each muscle in turn orderly to make force,to ensure that the fast and powerful completion of the hook kick technical action.At the same time,we should focus on the training of gastrocnemius muscle and fascia lata muscle of swinging leg,and accelerate the completion of hook kick technique.
