Modern life has become more convenient,at the same time the strength and pressure of work is also increasing,which led to sedentary behavior become a normal lifestyle of white-collar,and caused a lot of chronic diseases.The most effective way to improve the situation is to actively participate in light physical activity and sports to interrupt the duration of sedentary behavior and increase the amount of exercise.White-collar workers often do not have enough power to participate in sports,or find it difficult to form a habit.The application of gamification concept can strengthen the user's awareness of the value of the movement,enhance their emotional experience in the process of participation,and ultimately promote their behavior in a positive direction to change,and can be maintained for a long time.The research contents of this subject include four parts: In the first part,the article analyzes and redefines the related concepts of gamification and white-collar movement.Through the desktop research and literature review,the author summarizes the present situation,the problem and the characteristic of the white-collar movement.On this basis,the article analyzes the advantages of the gamification and demonstrates the feasibility of involving the game into the field of behavior change.In the second part,the author makes an in-depth interpretation of the gamification from the angle of theory and practice.Through analyzing the typical case of sports gamification,the author finally summarizes the application characteristics of the gamification.In addition,this process helps the author to sort out the next research ideas,including making target user characteristics clear,paying attention to behavioral motivation and mining the needs of different situations;In the third part,the author uses the qualitative and quantitative methods to study the target users,and sums up their characteristics and behavior motivation.The influence factors of white-collar sports behavior are mainly reflected in the individual level,interpersonal and environmental level.Through the card segmentation and clustering analysis,the author divides the white-collar movement into five stages,including the motive stage,the preparatory stage,the exploration stage,the fluctuation stage and the maintenance phase.In order to excavate the behavior characteristics and specific needs of the people at different stages,the author chooses the typical users to carry out log insight and in-depth interviews,and quantify the conclusions.The insight into the study laid an important foundation for the next strategy output;In the fourth part,on the basis of the analysis and investigation of the previous cases,the author puts forward the design strategy to guide the people at different stages of the movement,including strengthening the motivation by setting the target goal,guiding the behavior according to the interest,using feedback to motivate progress,building community mechanisms to promote participation,and share lifestyles to achieve success.Based on the concept of game,this paper studies the white-collar movement mode,mainly based on the development stage and process of behavior change.The results include not only the vertical trend of individual behavior,but also the horizontal distribution of group behavior,can help white-collar workers better understand their own sports behavior and the value of the game.The conclusion can guide the relevant enterprises or institutions to organize sports to attract more white-collar workers to participate.
